你好，这种情况不排除月经不调，多为内分泌失调引起的，也不排除生殖器官一些气质变化引起的， 长期的月经失调会引起，体重下降、闭经、不孕等。 建议去医院妇科检查性激素六项及B超，找到原因然后针对性治疗.
