一、黑山谷景区（景区耗时：4-5小时）
黑山谷景区位于重庆市万盛区黑山镇境内，距万盛城区20公里，距离重庆主城区110公里。这里山高林密、人迹罕至，保存着地球上同为数不多的亚热带和温带完好的自然生态，森林覆盖率达97%，被专家誉为“渝黔生物基因库”，是目前重庆地区最大的、原始生态保护最为完好的自然生态风景区。黑山谷风景区原始生态风景由峻岭、峰林、幽峡、峭壁、森林、竹海、飞瀑、碧水、溶洞、仿古栈道、浮桥、云海、田园、原始植被、珍稀动植物等各具特色的景观组成。被评定为国家森林公园、国家地质公园（重庆万盛国家地质公园重要组成部分）、国家AAAAA级旅游区、亚洲大区最具魅力风景名胜区、中国最佳休闲名山、重庆市“巴渝新十二景”、重庆市首家环保示范景区等荣誉。
重庆黑山谷风景区的特点可概括为幽、险、奇、秀四字。
幽：绵延几十平方公里的森林，遮天蔽日，古朴幽深，古树参天，竹林密集，植被优良，树种繁多，枝叶茂盛，四季常绿，林中常有蝉鸣、鸟唱，泉水叮咚，更添山林之幽静。
险：集中体现在黑山数十处，悬崖高耸，峭壁对峙，&险&谷丛生的绝壁上，老鹰嘴让人一进入景区就体会到&险关&，仰视不到顶，宽仅数米，长达几百米的一线天让人通过后才体会到黑山悬崖峭壁之险。
奇：景区内奇峰怪石，比比皆是，既有巨佛诵经，黑猴迎宾，又有石笋独立、骆驼西行，溶洞内千奇百怪，夫妻树两树合一。草地石林奇彩纷呈，加之这片土地曾是植物&避难所&，尚有数百种珍奇的动植物等更引人好奇。

二、龙磷石海（万盛石林）景区（景区耗时：2-4小时）
紧邻黑山谷景区（相隔8公里左右）的万盛石林是在距今4.65―6亿年期间，在海洋环境中沉积下来的，比云南昆明路南石林形成时间早2亿年左右，是我国目前考证最为古老的石林，也是中国第二大石林,被喻为“石林之祖”。
景区集“山、水、林、石、洞”为一体，以地表石林、地下溶洞等喀斯特地貌景观为主。景区内奇石峻峰，清泉碧池，悬崖飞瀑，景象万千。化石种类繁多，主要有石扇、石鼓、石塔、石芽、剑峰石、蘑菇石等形态。景区内石林群峰壁立、千姿百态，万盛石林中最多的是形成于寒武纪的角石。角石大多呈黄褐色，有的露在石头表面，有的镶嵌于石头中。这些化石对研究云贵高原及四川盆地部盆边山区的地质演变、海洋生物演变，有着很高的科学考察价值。（里面有很多裸露的远古动物化石，可以直接触摸研究哦）
万盛石林古属夜郎王国辖地，这里世代生活着一支能歌善舞的苗族同胞，灿烂多姿的苗族风情赋予了石林浓郁的民族风俗旅游特色，特别是一年一度的“踩山会”，是在万盛石林举行的苗族重要节日。

黑山谷的住宿分布在南门和北门两个门口，因而无论是南进北出，还是北进南出，都有住宿的地方。若要论好坏的话，北门的宾馆和农家乐要高档些，也多些，南门稍微少些，档次也低些。万盛城区―万盛宾馆（万盛城区最好的宾馆）168元/最低房价，还有很多务酒店可以选择，淡季价格都不高。黑山谷景区――农家乐（100元/人）（回帖附上万盛的住宿列表）
饮食以川菜为主。川菜的味型之多，居各大菜系之首。当今川菜计有24种味型，分为三大类：一是麻辣类味型，其中鱼香、陈皮、怪味是川菜独有的味型，烹调难度大，菜品有鱼香肉丝、陈皮牛肉、水煮牛肉、宫保鸡丁等；二是辛香类味型，具有代表性的菜品有烟熏排骨、麻酱凤尾、五香熏鱼、酱爆羊肉等；三是咸鲜酸甜类味型，这一类味型使用较广，菜品极多，有代表性的如干烧鱼翅、芙蓉鸡片、鸡豆花、锅巴肉片等。
景区内食物价偏高且分量少，饮料、零食价钱高，建议自带饮料、零食。景区特色菜：竹筒饭。其它菜色分量多、较为普通、很贵，没有必要浪费钱，自己在山下准备食物也是一样的。景区有宾馆，虽然算不上好，但干净、卫生、物品齐全、服务周到是肯定的，景区外也有旅馆，
6、重要提示
（1）最好选择买联票，可享受折扣。
（2）黑山谷共有两大门北门、南门，景区里面分3段，从南门进的话，第1段是缆车（约1公里），第2段是步行（约6公里），第3段是电瓶车路段（约6公里）。
所以最好选择南门进，几乎全是下坡路，走起轻松（南门在山上，北门在山下，景区为了多收点缆车费，故意设置让大家从北门进去，这样你走到最后的时候，肯定没体力再爬那么陡的坡上去了，只有坐缆车，而且为了逼大家从北门进入，还故意不在南门设置停车场，只有停在附近农民设置的简易停车区，可以说景区为了多坑大家一点钱，那是煞费苦心），从南门进去后最好不选择坐缆车，1公里的缆车行程，步行全是下坡，不累人，而且还有几个景点，坐缆车就看不到了！一直步行到电瓶车站，最后的行程选择坐电瓶车，这段路有6公里路程，没必要步行，风景一般，没什么看头，还不如坐电瓶车，感受下轻飘飘快速移动在两山之间的感觉。
（3）黑山谷内除栈道外还有浮桥（木制），游客喜欢在浮桥上摇晃玩耍，所以宁愿穿拖鞋也不要带跟的皮鞋。景区内路程长，耗时久，只有凉面酸辣粉等小吃，最好先备好干粮、水。南门和北门之间有很长段距离，如果自驾车需要在景区北门换乘区间车，到南门去取车。

四、回程时顺便去了哈永川乐和乐都（原重庆野生动物园），（景区耗时：动物区1-3小时，娱乐区3-8小时）
