面对失败的七个正确态度
　　「对待的态度，不是淡然处之，而是『记住』」。
　　不要害怕失败，因为失败是家常便饭，怕的是因失败而失去斗志、失去再次接受挑战的。
　　内心存最好的希望，做最坏的准备。
　　即使知道可能面对失败，但仍要奋力一搏，做好该做的准备，做最好的规划，这才是面对失败正确的态度。以下是面对失败的七个正确态度。
　　一、记取教训
　　从失败中学习，从经验中记取教训，从实务中。从失败经验记取教训可以让你学得更快、更多。
　　失败并不是一个问题，只有当你无法从失败中记取教训时，它才会变成一个问题。忘掉失败，不过要牢记失败中的教训。
　　二、从中学习
　　如果你可以从失败中学习，就不算是真正的失败。像攀登一座山，而找寻出路，却是一种学习的过程，我们应当在这过程中，学习稳定、冷静，学习如何从慌乱中找到生机。
　　你无法避免经历失败，但你可以从中学习。
　　三、勇敢面对
　　的本质是考验和学习，活着，唯一的活路就是勇敢面对它们，勇敢面对生活中的任何事就能活得精采、活出生命。
　　路是人走出来的，只有勇敢面对，才能开拓新的人生之路。
　　勇敢面对失败，不失去明天的希望，用信念，把每一刻当成最后一分钟，把抱怨的力气化为动力，坚持你的信念斗志，直到最后一刻。
　　四、认清失败是必经之路
　　很多人告诉自己：「我已经尝试过了，倒霉的是我失败了。」其实，他们并没有弄清楚失败的真正涵义。
　　失败者总是把当成失败，并让挫折深深打击追求胜利的勇气；成功者则是从不言败，在一次又一次挫折面前，总是对自己说：「我不是失败了，而是还没有成功，我还没有输！」
　　在成功之前总是要面对很多失败的，而当你把所有失败都经历过了，剩下的就只有成功了！在人的一生当中，会遇到各种困难与挫折，但是如果你很想成功，就必须懂得和这些困难和挫折共处，因为它们是迈向成功大道的必经之路。
　　五、找出失败的原因
　　面对失败时，找出失败的原因，失败并不可耻，但要避免犯相同的两次错误，如果你不能从失败中记取教训，那么这次的失败经验对你来说将会变得毫无价值。
　　当只有你在经历过失败后，才能渐渐找出成功的方法。
　　『当你把所有该失败的都失败完了，最后就剩下成功了。』
　　如果你还年轻，别害怕失败，失败越多次累积越多的经验，你应该把失败当成指引你成功的明灯。
　　六、仍然满怀热情
　　「经历了一连串的失败仍然充满着热情就是成功」。
　　成功的人即使知道迈向成功的道路会充满阻碍与挫折，他们却仍然总勇敢地前进。一个人成功的原因有很多，其中一个关键因素便是对自己所作的事情怀抱及大的热情。
　　「一个人满怀信心，朝自己的前进，并努力活出自己想要的人生，就会获得意想不到的成功」。
　　七、坚持到底
　　「面对别人的嘲弄，只要默默地坚持到底，换来的就是别人的羡慕」。
　　坚持，就是将一种状态，一种心情，一种信念或是一种精神坚强而不动摇地、坚定而不犹豫的、坚韧而不妥协的、坚毅而不屈服地进行到底。
　　「成功的唯一:坚持到最后一分钟」。
　　人生永远是掌握在自己的手中的，只要我们能不断地提升、努力完善自我，且拥有永不放弃，坚持到底的决心，最后都能使自己的人生显现闪亮的光芒，活出最出色的人生。
　　勇敢面对失败、保持面对失败正确的态度，不但可以改变任何的不顺遂，更可以再下次的挑战中帮助你做得更好、更加成功。

My Definition of SuccessBy BaoIt is easy to describe success in ter of ney, fa and reputation. But I believe that success is not external. I believe that successes frowithin. My definition of success is to be true to yourself, and be true to others. That ans, that you st cherish your personal ideal even in the face of adversity. I also believe that success is not discrinatory. Success is not restricted to such a class of people, in fact, it y be achieved by any person irrespective of his race, creed, gender and econoc background. A good exale of success is that of Beethoven. He is one of the world's st fausposers, yet he was deaf. He could not hear the jestic pieces of sic that he created. Yet, in the face of this adversity, he was able to intain his ideals--that ofposing sic.To exelify what success ans to , I pose a question to all of you. What brings us together here today? I believe that it is the beauty of the spoken word. The effect of pause and the sound of rhetoric are unique to the spoken word. I believe the beauty of the spoken word is even stronger for those who have difficulty in expressing theelves. These people are reclusive and had their etions hidden within the I once went to Australia and I saw two pictures, Once was drawn by a norl child, the other was drawn by a child with social inhibitions. The picture drawn by the norl child was sile and plain. The other was life-like, full of details and igination. What this shows is that these are ideas, etions and feelings that are locked internally in these　children.My ideal is to be the key, spreading the beauty of the spoken words to these children. These children have been neglected, but I feel that I can and should help these children to find theelves and be able to express theelves.I realize that this is a difficult task, and there are ny obstacles on the way. But I believe in
ideals and I will stick to the-even in the face of adversity. We should never have a preture abortion of ideals--let the child, let our ideals, stand the challenge. For a life without ideals is not living.
