青岛卓越蔚蓝群岛,岛城人民千万不要去买 12:34:55 来源:大众网 10月14日,不少住在卓越蔚蓝群岛小区的住户又来到售楼处,而这不是他们第一次过来了,一趟又一趟地跑只是为了频繁停水的问题。据了解停水主要涉及小区一二期,已经是“老毛病”,基本每个月都会停水,经常一停水就是几天,这次停水四天后,不少业主找到了开发商。事后开发商承诺更换自来水管和更换供水厂,但具体施工时间可能要到明年。
  从一期业主入住小区开始,小区停水的问题就困扰着大家。一位姓于的业主告诉记者,“一期的业主是2010年搬过来的,搬来后就经常停水,有时候当天就能恢复供水,有时候要等两三天。停水基本都是因为水管爆裂,经常我们接到通知时,拧开水龙头已经没水了。”记者在该小区的业主群内也看到,大家的话题都集中在小区停水的事上,因为停水多日,不少业主家里用水都遇到了困难,有业主提到家里都不做饭了,都是出去吃饭,厨房的碗筷都没刷,也有业主提到,喝水都成问题,洗澡就更不用想了。
  小区居民谢女士也去参加了维权,但对于最后开发商给出的承诺,并不太满意,“按照开发商的说法,要等到明年才能更换,这还要差不多半年呢。”为了表达不满,有业主甚至用车堵住了售楼处的门。
  据介绍,最近一次停水是从上周五开始的,整个周末都没有恢复供水,除了断水,住户家中的自来水经常还会出现供水浑浊的情况。对于这种情况,开发商答复将会协调更换供水企业,改善小区的水质。14日下午,记者也咨询了该售楼处,工作人员提到,现在新的售楼处和之前的售楼处不在一个位置,并不了解那边的情况,对于一二期停水的事已经有人在处理。时常断水的情况究竟什么时候能够彻底解决,本报也将继续关注。(你正在阅读“青岛卓越蔚蓝群岛,岛城人民千万不要去买”,查看更多:,查看最新:)

Ivy League English is the premier school offering goal-oriented solutions for learning English and business skills. ILE offers customized learning programs that empower people to perform better in a global business environment. Our unique delivery method is based on live, camera-to-camera, instructor-led training via the internet.
Our teaching staff comprises 100% native-English speaking instructors (and English/Chinese bilingual instructors if needed) from the world’s most prestigious universities with significant real-world business experience. Our programs are customized to meet the specific needs and goals of each organization and student. All sessions are taught one-on-one or in ultra-small groups (up to 4 students) for maximum impact and retention. How does ILE work?
The entire course is delivered online at ILE. Traditional books and lecture format are replaced by interactive lessons and cutting-edge content delivered by a live teacher in a “camera-to-camera” virtual classroom. All lessons are customized and enable you to interact with your teacher as if you were sitting together in the same room. Every student is also assigned to a Progress Counselor who will motivate you to achieve your goals regularly.

Our programs enable individual learners to simultaneously advance both their English language capabilities and overall business skills. What are the main elements of ILE’s learning platform?
ILE’s learning environment has several powerful learning elements:
LIVEAssess: Prior to beginning a program, each student is assessed to determine his/her competitiveness within a global business environment.
LIVEInstruct: At the heart of ILE’s learning methodology are live sessions. Each session is about 50 minutes and is delivered by a trained ILE instructor “camera-to-camera” in our virtual classroom.
LIVECorners: ILE students also participate in regular online English corners, each facilitated by one of our trained and certified instructors. Students are encouraged to speak up and practice what they learn in the live sessions.
Study Content: Every ILE program comes with cutting-edge study materials that are accessed via our online learning platform.
What is ILE’s learning methodology?
Every program at ILE is delivered as an integrated, comprehensive solution tailored to the individual needs of each student using the TEA@ILE methodology.

How do students access this online platform?
ILE’s platform can be accessed from an internet browser (IE or Firefox) and computer with an internet connection.
What are the minimum computer requirements for Ivy League English?
The minimum computer requirements are:
Operating system: Windows 2000, XP, Vista or 7, Mac OS X 10.4 or 10.5, Linux.
RAM: 512 MB.
Processor: 1 GHz or higher.
Sound card: 16-bit.
Screen resolution: 1024 x 768 or higher.
Browsers: Internet Explorer 7 or higher, Firefox 3 +, Safari 3 and Opera 9.6, with cookies enabled.
Microphone and headphones.
Adobe Flash Player 10 or higher. If it is not installed, click the following link: /es/flashplayer/
PDF reader such as Adobe Acrobat Reader or Foxit Reader.
Internet: High-Speed.

. It is possible that the connection speed varies depending on the time of day and the number of computers that are connected to the network.
Do students need to install any special software?
No special software is required except the Adobe Flash plugin, which is already installed on 98% of computers worldwide.
Will company information be hosted on ILE’s servers?
In the case of corporate clients, no company information will be kept on ILE’s servers, only the student’s study plan, study history and progress. All student information is kept strictly confidential.
How are learner’s programs organized?
Each learner at ILE receives a customized program that targets his/her learning objectives. The programs are organized in modules and sessions. Each Module addresses a specific topic of the overall learning program, and contains multiple sessions. Each session covers a specific sub-topic, and is comprised of key learning objectives. Each session is delivered in a customized format by a trained and certified ILE instructor, and lasts about 50 minutes.
How can I purchase a program at ILE?
Getting started with ILE is simple. Please enter your information in our home page and one of our Product Consultants will contact you shortly to discuss your needs and develop a customized learning program for you and/or your team. Once you decide to buy the course, your payment will be verified and you and/or your team will be ready to enter the learning platform.
Can I transfer the unused portion of a program from one employee to an other?
Yes. If you are a corporate client who purchased programs for multiple employees in your organization, you can transfer the unused portion of a program from one employee to another. Simple let us know which employee you wish to withdraw from the program, and we will terminate his account and apply the unused portion (minus the non-refundable enrollment fee and student termination fees) as a credit that can be applied to new students. Note that the unused portion of a program is based on the amount of time elapsed from the start date to the termination date, relative to the total duration of the program.
Can students request a temporary suspension?
Yes students can request a one-time temporary suspension after paying the suspension fee. The temporary suspension is available to students who are unable to continue with their program for a given time period, but wish that this time will not be counted against the total duration of their program. A temporary suspension does not imply suspension of payments, but extending the period of time you will have access to the learning platform. To request a temporary suspension should be solvent with their payments and contact your Account Manager.
Can I track the progress of my employees who are students at ILE?
Yes. If you are a corporate client who purchased programs for multiple employees in your organization, you can track their progress via ILE’s online platform. You will be assigned a Corporate Leader account which will enable you to log in and see the progress and sessions completed for each student associated with your organization.
What type of reporting does ILE provide to corporate clients?
ILE provides frequent and comprehensive reports that show the progress of each student in your organization. Reports include essential data such as the number/frequency of sessions completed by the student, as wall as key engagement metrics such as punctuality , reliability and instructor feedback.

As the world becomes more globalized, the ability to market and sell across cultural boundaries is increasingly critical for success. Linear-active Archetype

2004年-2012年3月,孟润教授担任华盛顿大学圣路易校区副院长,华盛顿大学奥林商学院与复旦大学管理学院在上海合办的EMBA课程的董事总经理。在孟润教授的领导下,该课程被《金融时报》排名为世界第七,并在中国大陆开设的国际EMBA课程中稳居鳌头。

赵怡女士在一家外国的跨国企业有着长达17年的工作经验。17年中随着责任的不断增加她在各个部门从事过许多不同的工作,包括行政管理、财务、客服、商务以及企业规划实施部门。她对企业环境的跨文化和多样性方面,包括同亚洲、欧洲和美国的人一起工作都相当熟悉。
出于对培训工作的强烈兴趣,赵女士于2010年开始作为资深顾问,提供高质量的培训课程并协助创新课程的讲授。2011年6月,赵女士赴美国宾州州立大学学习,成为中国第一个获得“柯龙务实创新指标(KAI)”认证证书的人。KAI是一种心理测量工具,用来帮助人们了解他们的创造性思维风格以及如何运用这些信息来塑造强大和有效的团队的过程。

In This Seminar
Meet Julie, one of our very own instructors, and listen to first hand experiences of a Chinese person who emigrated from Hong Kong to the Denver, Colorado. Hear about the experiences of building an existence in the United States.
Julie will discuss how she dealt with uncertainty and ambiguity of going to a new country and the pitfalls she experienced over the years. She will talk about the challenges of an Eastern upbringing living in a Western culture and the impact it had on her life. As a mother, she will also compare the Eastern and Western styles of parenting. Lastly, she will talk about how to balance a Chinese identity with the need to assimilate in her new home country.
We will have ample time for Q&A throughout the session.

About Julie

She has taught at school districts in Massachusetts, Washington and Colorado, where she focused on helping students overcome language and cultural barriers, as well as successfully learn and understand English. She has also worked as a manager and coordinator for a variety of school programs and Chinese cultural events.
Julie is a master swimmer and tennis player. She likes photography and enjoys dance, art and films.

Q: 作为HR我们也知道领导沟通的重要性,但是经常沟通技巧培训完后,老板们还是继续原来的沟通风格,没有丝毫改善,我们该怎么处理?
A:20年前,我有一头茂盛美丽的头发,演讲时经常垂落在我的前额,我就经常用手去撩拨,让我的形象更整洁一点。现在20年过去了,我没有一根头发了,但是我现在还在用手去撩拨前额。一个习惯的改变需要30次重复,如果你们看到问题,要解决它,需要持续的不断努力。
Q:公司经常开员工大会,希望分享业务动态和传达领导层精神。但是每次开完大家都似知未知,怎么样可以提高沟通的效果?
A: 大规模现场沟通让员工紧密跟进议程,并充分理解信息并不容易,特别是大家现在重读黏着在手机上,让受众能停下来听你分享,要在重要议题分享前要牢牢吸引员工注意力,这是最重要的事情!具体的方法有很多:结构性的议程分享,让大家了解来龙去脉,建立参与感;设计相关的环节让大家停下手边的事情等等。获取注意力是第一步。
Q:我有时候跟员工交待工作,并请他们主动承担责任,但是多次沟通大家的积极性还是不高,这是什么原因?
A:沟通是双向的,不理解一部分是员工的原因,一部分是领导的原因。而领导的责任,就是要让员工理解并认同你的策略,观点。如果员工还是不理解,作为领导你有责任去解决它。

Key Takeaways from ILE's Seminar
Author and Professor Helio Fred Garcia shows us how effective communication among leaders in the US Marine Corp. is no different from effective communication in the workforce.
35 years ago, Professor Garcia studied the book Warfighting, which is considered the Bible of the US Marine Corp. He has adapted the strategies of that book to communication strategies in the business world, culminating in his book The Power of Communication. On March 6th, Professor Garcia shared his rich experience with ILE’s friends in our open seminar.
To lead a company to success is as challenging as leading and managing a military force. For any team to operate effectively, communication is crucial. When organizations don’t achieve their goals, what are the reasons? The professor addressed these issues with an on-site audience of over 100, and more than 600 participants watching online.
Below are some key points and answers to questions asked in the Q&A portion of the seminar.
Q: As HR professionals, we know improving the communication of the company’s leaders is very important. But leaders often seem reluctant to change. How can we encourage them to change their communication styles?
A: 20 years ago, I had a head full of beautiful hair. Whenever hair dropped on my forehead, I used my hand to wipe it away. Years later, after I had gone bald, I still sometimes used my hand to wipe my forehead. I decided I’d better stop doing that, and it took some time, but I finally broke the habit. Habits are hard to break, and they take time, but once you recognize there’s a problem, you can work towards fixing it.
Q: We have quarterly Town Hall meetings to share company updates and inspire more enthusiasm among staff. But it seems staff aren’t always clear about the updates and new strategies. How do we handle this?
A: Communicating to large audiences and making sure they follow through on action plans is never easy, especially now when everyone’s attention span is so short. You need employees to stop and pay attention before you share important news. Getting their attention is essential – and it may require leaving phones and computers outside the room. Once you have their attention, you need to have a structured communication that explains what we’re doing, where we are going, and most importantly why.
Q: I need team members to be proactive and take charge of their tasks, but many times they aren’t engaged or interested in taking more responsibility. What can I do?
A: Communication is a two-way process. There may be delays in action because employees need time to understand their tasks. Sometimes the actions or overall strategy aren’t clear enough. It’s the leader’s job to communicate and get team members to take action, so it’s important to look within for ways to improve. You might find that simplifying your point and repeating it enough times will solve the issue. Or you might need to understand your audience more – their anxieties and fears, so that you can understand what is preventing the right actions.
