这条小狗的嘴巴遭胶带捆绑，导致其舌头严重肿胀。 　　& 7月11日电 据外媒报道，近日在美国的德克萨斯州，一条流浪狗遭人残忍虐待，此人不仅抽打流浪狗的躯体，还用胶带捆住狗的嘴巴，导致其舌头严重肿胀。 　　据报道，这条流浪狗是在当地街上被发现的，当时它在路上晃荡，遭受高温炙烤。它身上多处受伤，有些伤口已经伤及筋骨。当地动物救援人员将其救起后，还为其伤口缝了有近100针。目前，该流浪狗因严重伤痛，已经无法进食，有可能将危及生命。 　　据悉，当地有人还悬赏一千美元，奖励民众提供线索缉拿虐待该流浪狗的凶手，而严重虐待动物在美国最高可判处监禁两年。 日志原文：

俺不喜欢养狗狗，但绝对不会虐待狗狗的。可恶的家伙。
希望中国早点出台小动物保护法，中国现在变态很多，那些虐待动物的人都有犯罪倾向，有调查证明很多杀人犯曾经都有虐待动物的记录
