　　今一提到网游，就不得不想到私服，也确实有一部分人在玩私服，因为练级快，打装备容易，但是一个没有难度没有追求的游戏玩上去还有意思么?何况，玩私服也是非法的，没有保证的!这不，暴雪最近正式在美国起诉两家网站，罪名是侵犯版权，而究其原因就是开设魔兽私服。
　　什么是魔兽私服?魔兽私服就是由除了暴雪外的其他公司运营的非官方服务器，实际上是极大的违反魔兽使用条款的，而且他们不是光明正大的，有的是 让你花钱玩(你愿意透露自己的信用卡信息给他们么?)有的会定期删除修改你的人物角色。最主要的是，他们可以滥用GM权利，用捷径获得你想要的装备。
　　这样你知道为什么暴雪想要做掉他们了吧。现在暴雪正在向加利福利亚中央地方法院起诉一个名叫 Scapegaming的公司，罪名是他们运营了至少一个私服，而且显然，他们还从事在游戏内的微交易，比如在游戏内打着&捐赠&的旗号，让玩家捐钱买游 戏内物品。为暴雪服务的律师事务所Sonnenschein Nath & Rosenthal同时还负责Bnetd的案子 ，这是另一个魔兽非官方服务器。
　　暴雪是以侵犯版权为诉因进行控诉的。这意味着他们以前可能以相同的诉因控告过别的私服。保持关注吧，暴雪很可能会打赢这场官司。而 Scapegaming 这家公司可能会因此被关闭，至少，他们经营的魔兽服务器是要被关闭的。
