最近在自学Struts2的过程中出现一个问题，应用老是跑不起来，就连最简单的HelloWorld都不行。在MyEclipse中部署应用时，控制台会出一个警告信息：Could not parse struts.locale setting, substituting default VM locale。按照网上朋友们的解决方法在struts.xml中增加配置语句&constant name="struts.locale" value="en_GB" /constant&但问题依然存在。后来一步步的检查，发现在tomcat_home/webapp/myapp/WEN-INF/classes/lib目录内还有一个lib目录，这个../lib/lib目录下也有struts的类库。然后才明白是怎么回事。原来是我在MyEclipse中新建应用时，直接在其他应用的lib目录上右键拷贝再回来粘贴，这样把整个lib目录也拷贝过来了，所以导致..lib下面还出现一个lib目录。将这个目录删除后应用就可以跑起来了。
