我就是不太懂溶剂延迟是什么意思 溶剂延迟是为了保护质谱检测器，因为溶剂量太大，检测溶剂峰会损害检测器，同时使你不需要关注的溶剂峰很大而你关心的样品信息可能会被覆盖。 出溶剂峰的时候要关闭检测器 要不然灯丝可能会烧断 不知道你的仪器是不是安捷伦的，在你设定程序的时候就可以在大致溶剂出峰的时间段关闭检测器，当然这样很理论 ，可以你打一包含溶剂气体的空针，摸下条件，当然你的样品峰不能和溶剂峰离的太近。。。 主要是切掉溶剂峰，并防止灯丝烧坏烧断，保护灯丝用的 : Originally posted by redfox2001 at

上面说得不错。不过溶剂延迟30分钟太长了吧。请确认是否正确 我也觉的是，一般 几分钟就够了啊 其实就是30分钟后才开始让质谱仪采集数据。 溶剂延迟代表，你的溶剂分离流出后，检测器不采集，检测器或者质谱不打开，也就是不管是峰面积还是质谱信息仪器都不采集。
设置溶剂延迟的时间，应该你首先进一针溶剂的样品，看看溶剂的出峰时间在哪里，完全出完的时间是多少，再确定你需要延迟的时间。
设置溶剂延迟，首先是为了保护检测器的灯丝，如果检测的量太大的话，灯丝表面可能会碳化烧坏。再者，溶剂在样品里面的含量是最大的，如果采集溶剂的峰面积等信息，会导致有些含量低的物质不能的信息得不到采集甚至是有些物质不出峰。
当然对于检测物质少的，全部能出峰，且含量较高的物质，可以不进行溶剂延迟。 : Originally posted by janice0714 at
