如何配置未来资产:看资金流向变化
经济学中提到的“储蓄”,不是仅指银行储蓄,而是指你的收入中剔除消费掉部分后的剩余,如现金、银行存款、购买股票、债券或基金、保险等理财产品,还包括购黄金珠宝或买房、购置农具等固定资产投资,故广义的储蓄实际上就是资产配置。全社会配置资产的过程,会导致全社会资金的不同流向,如流向房市、股市、贵金属市场等。从过去10年看,流向房市的资金最多,故房地产在大类资产中的市值也最大,中国前100名富豪中来靠房地产发家的也最多。因此,我们大致可以认为,资产配置中某项资产配置的比重越大,资金流向该类资产的就越多。
  如果把所配置的资产分为实物资产配置和金融资产配置两大类,前者包括商品房、黄金白银、珠宝玉器、古玩艺术品等,后者包括存款、股票、债券、基金等理财产品,那么,在过去10年中,实物资产投资的年均复合收益率大致与广义货币M2的年均增速18%相当,如黄金为17%、艺术品为19%、商品房大约超过20%;而过去10年金融资产投资的年均复合收益率略高于CPI,如上证指数按固定样本计算的实际涨幅也只有29%,年均复合回报率为2.6%,而一年期存款利率在过去10年中经历了16次调整,以此进行回溯推算,总收益率为32.6%,年均复合收益率为2.86%,而过去10年的年均CPI为2.2%。可见,战略性地配置大类资产是非常重要的,大方向错误,结果一般是比较惨的。过去10年唯有配置实物资产,才能够与广义货币的增长保持一致,使得财富增长不落后于货币的膨胀,而配置金融资产,则往往遭遇财富相对于货币总规模的大幅缩水。
  然而,2011年实物资产投资的收益率首次出现了下降,这主要是下半年开始的贵金属、有色金属价格、某些艺术品价格、部分地区房价等都出现了不同程度回落。而表现在社会资金流向上,则是固定收益类理财产品的销售额大幅增加和实物资产销售额的减少,据说2011年银行累计销售理财产品规模达到11万亿,这绝大部分是固定收益类产品。另据央行披露,2011年债券发行6万多亿、A股融资5000多亿,商品房销售额为5.9
万亿元,比2010年明显回落。这是否意味着在经历了10多年的大牛市之后,以商品房为主要品种的资产配置结构是否需要进行调整?
  大部分投资者总是习惯于根据经济的周期性变化来进行投资决策,即根据所谓的投资时钟来选时及选择行业。这当然有一定道理,但中国股市与成熟市场的两个不同点,一是经历货币超发的大背景,M2占GDP的比重从1985年的60%急速上升至如今的180%,而美国过去30年基本都维持在60%左右;而应对货币超发、避免收入贬值的最直接办法是投资实物而非存银行。二是股市大扩容导致估值水平大幅下降,从10年前的50多倍降至如今的10多倍,故股市投资难以获得高回报。所以,脱离这两个大背景去研究经济周期和每年宏观走势,仍无法找到资产配置的最核心问题。
  如今,从估值的角度看,除了全球定价的品种如黄金、有色金属等外,大部分地区的商品房、很大一部分珠宝玉器、古玩艺术品的估值水平存在高估现象,而A股中国的大盘蓝筹股应该属于低估的。在今后M2难以继续维持高增长(今后估计会低于名义GDP增速),M2/GDP已经走平的背景下,资金继续流向金融资产的趋势将不会改变,并有可能强化这一趋势。而且,当今中国经济软着陆基本无悬念,政策超控余地大,故大类资产价格如商品房出现大幅回落的可能性较小,但继续上涨可能性更小。所以,在资本逐利规则下,流向实物资产的资金会进一步减少,相应的,流向金融类资产的资金应该会进一步增加。假如市场利率水平随经济增速的回落而下降,则更多的资金或会选择股市。如此看来,宏观经济何时见底回升真的不是决定资本市场好坏的头等大事了。

&安装前的准备:下载PHP,apache,mysql安装包,可以到相关官网上下载,下面是安装步骤
1.安装Apache
,直接运行安装即可,我们将其安装到D:/PHP/Apache/ 目录下
2.将PHP压缩包解压内容放到指定PHP目录(自己指定这里是D:/PHP/,并重命名为PHP5,将PHP5目录中的PHP.iniDevelopment重命名为php.ini)
3.修改Apache配置文件(D:\PHP\Apache\conf\httpd.conf)
&&&& 1.加载PHP模块&在Apache配置文件添加
LoadModule php5_module &D:/PHP/PHP5/php5apache2_2.dll&& //D:/PHP/PHP5/为php安装目录
&&&& 2.&添加AddType
application/x-httpd-php .php .phtml&//设置apache解文件类型
//指定php配置文件路径
& & 3.&添加phpinidir
&D:/PHP/PHP5&&设置php配置文件目录(先确保PHP安装目录中的PHP.iniDevelopment重命名为php.ini)
4.重启Apache
5.验证PHP是否安装成功
这里我们在D:\PHP\Apache\htdocs目录下创建一个phpinfo.php文件输入以下内容
phpinfo();
然后打开浏览器输入http://localhost/phpinfo.php &,默认的是80端口,如果不是80端口localhost后面必须加端口号,如果安装成功,则打开PHP相关信息页面,否则检查相关目录是否安装正确
6.安装mysql服务,直接运行mysql安装文件,按照提示一步一步的执行安装操作
5添加Mysql模块
1.在PHP5目录下ext目录找到libMysql.dll或php_mysql.dll和
php_mysqli.dll&复制到C盘Windows目录下
2.打开PHP配置文件
1.取消extension=php_mysql.dll和extension=php_mysqli.dll前面分号去掉
2.在php.ini中设置扩展路径extension_dir=&D:/PHP/PHP5/ext&
3.重启Apache
4.在浏览器再次访问phpinfo.php页面,如果页面信息多了mysql和mysqli列表示添加模块成功,否则重新检查上述步骤
验证mysql是否
