These are residences in which students are responsible for providing
and cooking their own food and cleaning their own rooms (and common
areas if living in flats).
Kitchens are provided in which students may
prepare their own food, or meals may be bought from the various food
outlets on the UCL Bloomsbury Campus.
Some Student Houses are managed by UCL, some are operated by UNITE and Liberty Living, specialist student housing providers.
Bed linen is not provided, but can be
purchased. Students will need to supply their own kitchen utensils. Some
of the Houses are large and purpose-built, while others are converted
private houses. Places are offered for 40 weeks. All UCL student houses are non-smoking, including student bedrooms.

Forming part of UCL’s large residential campus in Camden
Town, Ann Stephenson House accommodates 77 students in single rooms in
flats for two, three, four and five persons. Neil Sharp House provides
18 flats for couples and one flat adapted for students with restricted mobility. Each room has a wired network connection point.

This accommodation, immediately opposite the UCL Bloomsbury Campus,
is organised as 12 large, self-contained units accommodating a total of
129 students in single and twin-bedded rooms and one flat for a couple. All rooms are fully

its own kitchen/lounge. Each room has a wired connection point.

Accommodation for 225 students in twin and single rooms
only a few minutes’ walk from the UCL Bloomsbury Campus. Both Campbell House
East and West have been renovated in recent years. Both are Grade II
listed buildings, modernised to comply with
houses-in-multiple-occupation standards. All rooms are carpeted and have
washbasins. Each room has a wired network connection point. TV lounge and launderette facilities are located in Campbell House East.
Building Works
A range of projects are taking place across the campus as part of a
vision to transform UCL into a more vibrant student focused environment, to support teaching and learning and improve the student experience
One of the projects is , which is to be comprehensively remodelled and extended to create a new home for the Bartlett School of Architecture.
Wates House is located immediately adjacent to Campbell House West and works will be ongoing, with project completion and the building open for the start of session 2016/17.
These works will, at some times, be noisy and UCL Student Accommodation would like to make prospective residents, particularly of Campbell House West aware of this, prior to accepting their offers.
A Transforming UCL website is being developed to support our new period of development and to ensure that staff and students are kept up-to-date with the developments. This will give an overview of all the projects and give guidance on all the frequently asked questions that you might have.

opposite the Darwin and Engineering buildings, accommodate 66 students.

Wi-Fi. This property is offered exclusively to UCL students in conjunction with
