摘要 计算机网络技术的不断发展更新为深化教育教学改革创造了非常有利条件，目前
有相当大一部分高等院校开始推行学生网上评教这项活动，在教师对教学的态度上，教
师的教学方法上以及教学后所起的效果上，以不记名和不分地点场合的方式对教师授课
程质量做出评价。 论文对基于JSP开发网络应用系统所常用的两种开发模型模型1和模型2的对比，
确立了模型2作为本系统的开发模式，选择了目前在网络系统开发领域里应用广泛而且 Server2000 6，以及SQL
有巨大潜力的MyEclipse开发工具和网络应用服务器Tomcat
数据库系统来构建本文数据库结构，设计并实现了一套基于B／S结构双语教学课程网络
评教系统。系统设计分为三个模块：登录模块、学生用户测评模块和管理员用户信息管
理模块，实现了管理员对授课教师授课质量信息的可视化操作，评教调查数据的信息化
管理等功能。 论文研究的基于B／S结构双语教学课程网络评教系统具有适合网络应用、操作直观
性好、系统兼容性好、成本低、数据易共享、系统灵活、开发周期短、维护容易等特点，
为提高双语教学质量提供了可靠的运行环境和技术支持，对于实现双语教学教学质量数
