LOCAL PICK-UP is available Wednesday thru Saturday, 10 AM to 5 PM EST. You must bring a print-out of your paid order. Pick up must be within 30 days of close of auction. If possible please call ahead at 267-364-6091 so we may prepare your order and have it ready.
COMBINING ITEMS FOR SHIPMENT is available, but please note if an item is marked as "non-combinable" it cannot be combined. As not all items travel well together, please decide carefully those you want combined for shipment. We cannot combine pottery, artwork, large glass pieces and musical instruments, due to their delicate nature.
SHIPMENT is provided by FedEx for the Goodwill Keystone Area of Pennsylvania, of which our location is included. We understand your concern for shipping costs. The benefits of FedEx include insurance, tracking, speedy delivery and solid customer service. FedEx uses the shipment zip code, destination zip code, and package weight in determining shipping costs.
DELIVERY by FedEx can be tracked, once your purchase leaves our location site. Your driver is able to leave packages even if you are not available. Track your shipment
and follow the steps to receive your shipment the first time it is out for delivery.
RETURNS will only be accepted with prior authorization and under the terms stated in our Return Policy below. Please note if damage or breakage occurs in transit, this auction site requires photos for verification before any refund is considered.

As of January 1, 2015 the major shipping carriers have changed the way packages are billed.
They are not billed by weight but by dimensional size.
To accommodate this change we have changed our shipping fees.
They are as follows:
All small and/or lightweight items excluding fine jewelry will ship FEDEX
Smart Post via USPS and will be charged at $8.95 per item.
FEDEX Smart Post via USPS has an expected delivery time of 10 to 12 Business days.
All larger items, fragile items , fine jewelry, designer brands and items over $100.00 will ship FEDEX Home delivery and will be charged $12.95 per item.
FEDEX Home Delivery has an expected delivery time of 3 to 5 Business days.
ALL oversized packages over the size of 26 x 16 x 18 will be charged at $19.95 per item and be shipped FEDEX Home Delivery with an expected delivery time of 3 to 5 Business days.
If you wish to combine items, you may do so once you submit your request via the SHOPGOODWILL Customer Service Portal.
It will be to our discretion if items can be combined safely.
Each item has a fixed $3.00 handling fee which goes towards material and labor.
This cannot be waived.
When combining 4 or more items there is a $12.00 cap on the handling fee.
The combined cost of shipping 4 or more items will increase to $19.95.

Water Resistant Watches: Guide to Water Resistance
A watch is not water resistant unless stated on the dial or case back.
Most water resistant watches are not designed for prolonged active use in water.
Water resistance is stated as a depth (BAR, ATM, meters or feet) this means that it has been tested in a laboratory to with stand a
static pressure for a short period only at the stated depth.
The actual water pressure on the watch during use is greater than the static
During diving into a pool the pressure on the watch is greater at the impact point with the water.
Certain chemicals in water can damage the watch seal as well as perfumes, aerosol sprays and other cosmetics.
Watches should be tested for water resistance every two years and gaskets replaced as necessary to maintain water resistance.
WARNING: Ensure that the crown / buttons are are returned to their normal operating position when the watch is to be in contact with water.
On models with screw down buttons water resistance is lost when the crown is in the unlocked posistion.
