吃了“泰诺”又吃“白加黑” 疗效没增加伤害却加倍

&&&&本报讯（记者黄金&通讯员邓国欢）感冒后先服用了“泰诺”，因觉得感冒症状没有缓解，6小时后又服用了“白加黑”。没过一会，刘爹爹开始恶心呕吐，第二天竟发展成肝衰竭。&&&&“市民们往往以为品牌不同就不是一种药。其实前后者的成分均是对乙酰氨基酚，短时间内重复吃就会导致药理作用相同的药物叠加，损害肝脏。”昨天，在同济医院光谷院区药房开放日上，药学部汪震药师介绍，市民们最常见的用药误区，就是感冒药、消炎药的叠加使用，误以为疗效加倍，实则伤害加倍，临床上出现过不少因不当用药导致肝肾衰竭的病例。&&&&曾有学者对华东、华西、华南、华北7家三级医院的急性肝衰竭患者的临床资料进行统计，筛选出2007年1月至年间177例急性肝衰竭病例，发现有77例是由药物引起，占43.5%。化学药物中，因过量服用对乙酰氨基酚引起急性肝衰竭的患者有21例，是最主要的“祸根”。&&&&根据最近统计资料显示，我国不合理用药者的数量达上亿人次，每年有50万人死于用药不当。&&&&“每种药都有自己的‘生存温度’，例如胰岛素就应保存在2℃至8℃，常见的美林退烧药一经开启就一定要冷藏。”同济医院药学部主任丁玉峰说，从每个家庭来说，在非处方用药时应仔细阅读说明书，不要过量；在处置家庭药盒时要注意不是每种药都要放置在常温下，还要注意保质期；同时吃多种药物时要咨询医生药物间相互反应。

最好在第一句的letter后面加上个in which,send-sentbecause去掉will-mayfew-a few(few表示否定,指几乎没有)waiting-wait
