LED Ceiling light 和 LED down light 分别是天花灯跟筒灯，用途都是用于普通照明，都是卡扣到天花板上的，具体的区别就在于筒灯是不可以转动角度的，一般的筒灯的发光角度都是120-140之间，而天花灯调动发光角度的，发光角度一般在45-60°左右，天花灯就相当于射灯跟筒灯的结合。通常来说筒灯的发光会比较均匀，比较适合用于酒店，超市，家居等。而天花灯的发光面也比较聚光，比较适合用于展厅，照射产品，一些比较特殊的场合。

筒灯首先它必须有圆筒的形状，在传统灯中，它分为立式和卧式（荧光灯的光源居多）两种，通常佩带电源，整流器。都以系列的形式出现（2.5寸3寸4寸5寸6寸7寸）。直下
照明不可调角度。外壳压铸件居多。很少用车铝的。安装灯具时往往是一个整体放入安装孔中的。
天花灯广泛用于商照，酒店，传统光源中以MR16的出场率最大。体积较筒灯要小巧一点
车铝天花圈的结构件居多，安装时先装入天花圈，再套入灯体，安装和换光源很方便，部分天花灯设计成可调角度，有很好的局部照明效果。另外装饰型的天花灯往往配上玻璃的装饰面。天花圈也经常做一些雕花处理。
其实筒灯只是按灯的形状分，天花灯是按灯的使用场合分。所以筒灯在一定情况下可以叫天花灯，反之成立。如果你一定要强行的去区分，那么请你参考本人上面的意见。
