A Modified Parameter Range for FAHP

In recent years,for multiple attribute decision-making or group decision-making problems,the decision-making problems based on fuzzy complementary judgement matrix have been attached wide attention to.This article corrects the parameter in the sort formula in the literature and gains a more reasonable weight.It also illustrates and makes a comparative analysis of the rationality of revised parameters,which supplements and perfects the ranking method for fuzzy complementary judgement matrix.

On How to Establish a Total Social Responsiblity System in SOEs

Since 2008 the State Asset Supervision and Administration Commission issued the notice on SOEs’fulfilling social responsibilitiesr,equiring SOEs to shift from the stage of"Explaining Problems"to"Addressing Problems",most SOEs have rea-lized the necessity and urgency of fulfilling social responsibilities.But how to introduce and publicize the concept of social responsibilities and integrate it into the overall context of business management is a new challenge confronting SOEs.By virtue of the Total Responsibility Management theory of Waddock,the paper proposes some steps and suggestions on the establishment of total responsibility system in SOEs.

Objective To study the clinic features and the mechanism of skin damage induced by high-dose methotrexate(HD-MTX).Method Children treated with HD-MTX were enrolled in a retrospective study in which the incidence and presentations of skin damage were concluded.Mechanism of the damage was studied base on skin pathology of an animal model.Result Skin damage presented in 3～9(median 5) days after HD-MTX and usually followed by bullation and exfoliation.Twelve cases,more severe than the others,accompanied with fever and symptoms of other organs especially the respiratory tract and the intestine.Skin damage was reduced when large dose rehydration used before,during and after HD-MTX.Conclusion HD-MTX may cause scald-like skin damage directly by its prolonged toxic effect on epidermal cells.Besides extended tetrahydrofolic acid rescue and supportive treatments,anti infection is the most important in dealing this condition.
