我的LT26i昨天突然黑屏了背景灯常亮，我强制关机后开机还是黑屏，屏幕背景灯常亮，直到电量用光，充电后还是不能正常开机，，当充电开始时红色LED灯亮，充电一会儿后LED灯就随着屏幕背景灯亮而熄灭了，一会而屏幕熄灭了LED灯就又亮起来了，如此的反复着，可是就是不能正常开机，各位专家能否解决一下呢！是港行的，买来一个月了
为什么都没人恢复呢？各位都没遇见这种情况？

屏幕坏了，只能换了。我的机子也是这样。现在LT26ii，38周以下的机子大部分都出现这个问题了！！这是索尼本身的做工问题。真郁闷啊！换了屏幕要1000.
这是索尼本身的质量问题，据说大部分38周以下的机子都出现了黑屏。我的36周的机子买了不到一个月就黑屏了，只能花1000换换屏幕了。自己去贴吧看吧，黑屏的不只你一个！

态硬盘格式化了。黑屏连logo都不出，后来发现装不进去，再按电源秒关，就在pe里往常规硬盘里ghost了一个win7，然后开机就板砖了，键盘灯亮。直接f12也没反映。只能当板砖了么，想装系统

无法安装操作系统的。戴尔机器里面固态硬盘是用来加速缓冲数据的，但是键盘灯是OK的。如果这些测试都做了。看看有没有条件卸掉电池和电源，这是主板故障了。按住开机键30秒放下静电。如果有条件插拔下内存条也可以。或者无法做。直接找他们售后保修您好。这个很容易成为戴尔使用者的误区现在您机器屏幕不亮
