泸西县金马镇爵册村农耕服务队自2007年成立以来，共有成员29员，其中旋耕机21台，收割机8台，本着“来自于民，服务于民”，哪里有需要就到哪里去，到目前为止共为金马镇耕25000亩次，并根据实际情况，为一些家庭困难的农民减免耕地费用1.5万元，农耕服务队自成立以来，多次帮助农民解决实际问题，为农民省时、省工节约农业生产成本，提高了农民耕作郊率，在农业生产上起到了作用，深受群众的欢迎。&（金马镇农科站赵翠香）

沁 县 介 绍
册村镇位于县城西约20公里处,2001年,由原漫水乡和册村乡两乡合并为一个大镇，西与沁源县交口镇，南与故县镇、东与南里乡、段柳乡、北与郭村镇、定昌镇接壤。二沁铁路、沁涉线、新漫线横贯东西，村村通了水泥（油）路，交通十分便利，有沁县西大门之称。
全镇总面积103平方公里，耕地面积32000亩，是一个农业大镇。2005年初新一届县委、政府把我镇列为西部工业园区，在尧山村新建百万吨焦化企业一个,使我镇成为一个新开发的工业重镇。特别是拥有优质丰富的矿泉水资源，建有三个矿泉水加工厂和一个酒厂，县唯思可达食品饮料公司的加工用水也取于此地。境内水源丰富，圪芦河水流经11个村，滋润着两岸万亩良田。是外商投资的最佳境地。
近年来，镇党委、政府在县委、县政府的正确领导下，以邓小平理论和“三个代表”重要思想为指导，立足本地资源优势，提出了“强工兴镇、调产富民”的可持续发展思路，始终坚持走“希望在民间，发展靠民资，活力在民营”之路，使我镇民营企业异军突起，先后建成3年创利税50万元的水厂三个，创利税100万元洗煤厂一个，正在建设中的投资1.5亿元，年产100万吨捣固焦的华安焦化厂，是我县确定的强县富民的重点工程之一。在种植业方面，全镇种植玉米20000亩，小麦11000亩，沁州黄7000亩，芦笋200亩，优质苹果200亩，红提葡萄120亩，优质核桃800亩；在养殖业方面，全镇养牛7000头，羊18000只，养鸭30000只，养兔50000只；在教育事业方面，为改善办学条件，优化资源配制，提高教学质量，去年合并了一所乡中，新办了一所5――6年级寄宿制学校；卫生、民政事业方面，村村建起了保健站，配齐了专业人员，初步改变了我镇人民看病难的问题。办起了敬老院，解决了无依无靠老人的生活；在基础设施建设方面，多方筹资230万元，修通了34公里水泥路（油路），全镇28个村，全部实现了“村村通”，全部安装了程控电话，80%的村饮上了自来水，6个村吃上了优质矿泉水，基础设施得到全面改善；在精神文明建设方面，始终把精神文明建设抓在手上，认真宣传党的路线、方针、政策，大力开展“遵纪守法，团结协作，互敬互爱，尊老爱幼，热爱集体，睦邻友好”宣传教育和评比活动，收到良好的社会效益，涌现出了漫水、西北、后沟、乌苏等县级文明村，温庄村达到了市级文明村标准。2004年全镇农村经济总量达5000万元，农民人均纯收入达到2400元。目前我镇人民在镇党委、政府的正确领导下，正朝气蓬勃地大踏步向小康迈进，呈现出稳步、健康、快速发展的良好态势。
