小学培优补差计划
当前,小学数学教学正处在一个大的变革之中,作为教师,我们要努力探讨如何在数学教学中进行素质教育和培养学生的创新精神,如何为学生的终身发展打好基础。为了顺利完成本学期的教学任务,提高本学期的教育教学质量,我根据三年级学生的实际情况,围绕教学目标,制定本学期的培优补差计划。除了认真备课、上课、批改作业、定期评定学生成绩、优质完成每一节课的教学外,还采取课内外培优补差措施,制定培优补差计划,以高度的责任心投入到紧张的教学及培优补差工作中,力争取得好成绩。&&

一.思想方面的培优补差。
&1.做好学生的思想工作,经常和学生谈心,关心他们,关爱他们,让学生觉得老师是重视他们的,激发他们学习的积极性。了解学生们的学习态度、学习习惯、学习方法等。从而根据学生的思想心态进行相应的辅导。
2.定期与学生家长、班主任联系,进一步了解学生的家庭、生活、思想、课堂等各方面的情况。&
二.有效培优补差措施。&
利用课余时间,对不同情况的同学进行辅导、提高,“因材施教、对症下药”,根据学生的素质采取相应的方法辅导。
培优方面:对那些学习习惯较好,能认真听讲、思维活跃、勤学好问,善于发现解决问题的关键,对知识的应用能力较强;课堂积极发言,课后及时复习;基本上掌握了初步的英语学习的学习方法和学习技巧的学习优秀的学生采取以下方法:
1.加强基础知识与交际运用能力的训练;
2.对个别突出的学生进行单独辅导;
3.在每一次的检测练习中,注重对优生情况的检查,及时发现问题,及时解决问题。
4.多沟通、多鼓励。
通过培优工作,争取使这部分学生的知识面更拓展,学习兴趣及语言运用的综合能力全面提高。
补差方面:对少数缺乏学习兴趣和积极性,学习习惯差,上课不认真听讲,经常开小差,对基础知识没有基本的了解和掌握;学习态度不端正,学习态度消极,无所谓的态度很突出;没有基本学习方法;不能完成老师布置的要求任务;
对不懂的知识点也常常不理睬,对知识的应用较差的学生采取以下措施:
1、对书本基础知识点进行过关;
2、上课多提问,抓住差生的注意力,注意培养他们的英语学习兴趣;
3.要求他们课后及时辅导,并进行检查;
4.抓反复,反复抓,注意差生情况更糟的出现;
5.努力培养他们的英语学习方法;
6.多沟通、多鼓励、多关心、

Asumptions:谈论生日是深受学生们喜爱的一个话题,学生大都很重视自己的生日,结合这一心理特点,对学生的生日进行统计,让学生说出自己的生日,将统计的全班生日贴在班务栏里,当有同学过生日时,让全班祝贺和唱生日歌曲,既能增进全班同学的感情,又能结合课文内容学习英语语言知识。
Step 1 Warm up
Listen to the song and guess the festival. “Jingle
Bell”,“Happy New Year”“It’s New Year’s Day”。

Step 2 Revision: Daily talk:
1.利用单词教学卡片复习序数词,通过快速读来进一步巩固单词。

Step 3:Presentation
1.接着Free talk 的问答T:“What day is today?”,
S:“Today is …”。
T::“What’s the date?”,S::“It’s …”。
2. 教师拿出一本挂历,然后问同学,Show the calendar, asks:“What’s
the date?”,
3.教师拿着年历从一月开始问学生:“Who has a birthday in January?
Please stand up.”,而后教师问起立的学生:“What’s the
date?”,让一月份生日的学生答出具体日期。
4.引入课文的教学
T:Let’s watch the video, and answer the
questions:“When is Sarah’s birthday? When is Zhang’s
birthday?”学生观看课文视频,然后回答问题,板书重点句型。
(设计意图:先引导学生复习句型What day is it today?,
一步一步逐渐引入对话的教学,再通过带着问题去观看课文video整体呈现课文内容。活动类型R)
Step 4:Practice

Asumptions:经过第一到第五课时的学习,展开这一课的阅读教学。这篇文章的趣味点是Zoom is
sending an e-card to grandma. But grandma doesn't have a computer.
抓住这一问题,引导学生进行学习,更能够调动他们的积极性。

Let’s sing (P36),播放金太阳课件,全班拍手有节奏地唱。

1. 教师投影课文插图,分别指着图片中的Zoom,Zip问: What can you see in

2. Ss read the dialogue for the first time, and
answer the question: What is Zoom doing?

(设计意图:让学生带着问题阅读对话,先抓住课文的整体内容。让学生明白课文讲的是什么内容。活动类型:C)
4. Read the third time, answer the question: Can

5. Read the third time and finish the sentences on
the textbook. 完成课文的回答练习。

6.学生找出课文中不认识的单词,全班共同解决问题。
(设计意图:让学生自己找出问题,并让学生自己尝试解决问题。)

首先让学生回答What’s in your schoolbag? A pen…And then to
learn what’s in the box? A ball. The ball is in the box. It’s in
the box. The Ss to learn :in the box(T do and say)(The same method
to learn on, under,beside)The Ss use the books say and do like:It’s
in/on/under/beside the desk. And then T shows a room. T sticks the
pictures on the blackboard. The Ss say after the T: There’s a …in
the room. At last T let Ss describe the room: There’s

是否教学句型What’s in/on/under/beside the …? There’s
a…in/on/under/beside the …课文中的单词只教ball box.因为ball
box以前在三年级学生有印象。
