你不应该强制关机，WIN10升级是很费时间的．你现在试试，强制关机，重启，在出现微软图标时立即按下电源键关机如此二次，第三次重启后看看能不能进入高级选项，如果能的话你就进入高级选项．看看能不能返回WIN7.

卸载第三方杀毒软件和管理软件．去微软官网下载升级工具：注意：下载后运行，过程中要选择“立即升级本计算机”。不要选择“其它计算机”(无法自动激活)。这样就自动升级了。地址在下图中：
