On a Windows 7 computer, running chkdsk /r /f C: in repair mode, it gives the error, Unspecified error 766f6c756d652e63 3f1. or something like that. I have tried the following:
uninstalling all antivirus software
scanning with MalwareByte's Anti-Malware
doing a Disk Cleanup
running Disk Defrag
booting TRK and running fsck -t ntfs (gives error Unsupported case. and not implemented).
I have also tried a System Restore, but there is a Temporary Internet file that appears to be in all restore points, and that file must be corrupted or something, because System Restore always grinds to a halt when it gets to that file.
What should I try next? Thanks in advance.

might help. It has an answer from a Windows Support Engineer and he suggests starting the computer in Windows Recovery (WinRE) mode.

首先 检查是否安装了 &云端 & 如果是
云端貌似存在兼容性问题 &在运行磁盘碎片检查的时候 查看不到C盘盘符
chkdsk也找不到C盘

重启计算机 &然后会有一个相对时间较长的 C盘检查过程
& 大约将近十分钟 &之后 提示重启
再开机 &问题解决

其原文如下
had the same question yesterday, and&I resolved it
with a windows7 DVD.&
put the disk into the CD/DVD driver, then boot
your&system from the CD/DVD. when
you&see the installation interface, follow the
steps given below:
1.Click &repair your computer, then you will have
several items to choose
2.Click command prompt.&&
3.At the command prompt, type the following command, and then press
&chkdsk [drive]: /r /f.&
&i.e.& chkdsk
F:/r/f&& press ENTER
the process will take you about 40min.
the drive path is the partion which you have installed the windows
system,not C:. in the first step, there is a dialog box and it
shows you the location of the windows. i.e. windows(F:)

云端？已经停止服务了，网站都已经关闭了。
直接运行—— chkdsk D /f——回车，待D盘检查完毕看看还有没有这问题。
貌似你的硬盘中的某个分区出了问题，建议你使用相关的硬盘扫描工具扫描一下。希望可以帮助你！
