如果用软件测试的,那么就是你电脑里面设置或者网络问题.
如果只是正常上网没有下载用软件监控的,那就说明正常,如果你非要测试的话,你可以在下载文件的时候看看速度如何.
能上到网页去浏览吗？可以上Q吗？如果都不可以，那你可以试得重启那只小猫看下，如果不是特别大的问题，重启一下就可以啦。
