你们有没有做过市场调查,如果真是如此,只能从质量上说了。如果只是客户的降价技巧,可以询问要求什么样的质量,什么样的价格,确保服务之类的。

楼主在算算你们价格是不是真的很高,其次提防客户用其他供应商来压你价格,所以分析客户背景,市场,然后修改价格。昨天我一个客户说我价格很高,比她一套都贵,我就说我们价格怎么构成的,她就不说话了,因为她就是想砍价。所以楼主如果价格已经很合理了,可以考虑做一个cost sheet给客户。

Sure, it's possible that your email went straight to spam, but the more likely scenario is either the recipient isn't interested or is too busy to respond. Here are some tips that may score you a reply:我们都有过这种想法:发给别人的邮件没回复,是不是凭空消失了啊!嗯,你的邮件可能直接被当做垃圾邮件了,但更有可能是收件人不感兴趣或者忙得没时间回复。下面的一些技巧或许能帮你收到回件: Check your writing. Make sure the email is free of grammar and punctuation errors. If you haven't received a response, don't keep sending multiple emails in hopes that the person will finally cave. Instead, spread your emails out and limit them. Follow up one week after the initial email, and if you still haven't heard back, send the third email two weeks later. And if no one responds to your third email, it's time to switch gears and try something else. 我以前的做法是马上就会,但是效果很不好,看到别人分享经验,觉得还是等待时差比较好,最好是把握好时间,让客户上班的时候你发的邮件排在靠前的位置,当然第一最好了。

以前听说最好是在客户上班时间回复,但是后来处理的事情多了,也就不顾这个了,什么时候看到就什么时候回复,反正客户上班以后也是会看的,不知道其他前辈有什么高见?

我感觉差别不大,题目也没有分开啊,马上回客户也可能再上班啊,自我感觉还是立即回比较靠谱,在上班时客户有邮件提醒的话就会看到,能继续跟进,详细了解,客户上班回,耗费时间经历也很大,没把握的客户最好这种方法还是舍弃吧

其实可以写好邮件,根据客户上班的时间定时发送,这样就不用耗费时间去记发邮件的事情了。看到就马上动手写回复。
