事情是这样的，5月份定的婚纱照，钱都付清了，6月份去拍，有6套衣服。分开拍了2次，7月份去选择照片，满怀期待的心情去选择照片，丫丫的，那照片拍出来跟个胖子一样脸都变形了，本人自认为本人不胖157的身高42公斤的体重，应该拍出来是挺好看的，可是拍出来的效果跟个胖子一样，这叫本人情何以堪，连选照片的美好心情都没有了，本人就不理解了，我又不胖又不矮，怎么拍出来时这样的效果，完全无法接受，而且本人牙齿也是满整齐，竟然拍出来是颜色是银色的看起来是戴假牙套的感觉，非常不满要求重拍，但是他们那边的负责人说，在他们那边拍照的人从来没有重拍的，当初介绍我的服务员说，要是拍不满意可以要求重拍，是无条件可以重拍。合同里面都是写的清清楚楚的，现在又不认账，无比愤怒 ，还有里面的店长服务口气特别强硬，意思是反正拍出来就是这个样子，接受也好不接受也好，我都得认的意思，还说我个人不满是不行的要叫全世界的人都去他们店里看我的照片是不是不好看要是全世界的人都说不好看，那就可以重拍，这种口气让本人更窝火，婚纱照是到时候结婚的时候要放给亲朋好友看的，现在拍出来的这种愤怒的效果， 丫丫的，一辈子的纪念就这样要在他们这种服务的状态下毁掉吗，万能的鱼鱼们，请问我可以去投诉他们吗，要去哪里投诉，我现在都不想选照片了，要全额退款？ 求支招，万能的鱼鱼们。 对付这种无良的店

抱抱楼主。影楼都很坑。我当初是选择工作室，第二天选片有一组服装拍的不太理想，第三天立马安排重拍，无任何隐形消费。个人感觉工作室拍的不比影楼差，关键人家工作室收钱前与收钱后态度完全木有变。
