两个原因：
1、网络连接的问题
换个比较稳定的网络连接试试，比如说用无限的接根网线
2、浏览器问题
重装浏览器或换装另外的浏览器
是不是基本设置了不接受文件传输，是不是对方好友，或者是屏蔽了临时会话什么的。/希望能帮您解决问题。
QQ版本的问题哦，对方版本过低，可能无法接收到你的图片，建议统一用最新版本的QQ客户端
