解决RedHat&Enterprise&Linux&6.4&需要注册才能使用yum源的问题
作为一名新手，学习Linux已经一个月了，其间遇到了不少问题，而今天笔者遇到的问题是
install pam-devel
system is not registered to Red Hat Subscription Management. You
can use subscription-manager to register.

经过一个上午的研究发现，其实如果使用redhat的yum源需注册付费，费时费力，况且我仅仅只是一个初学者，只在自己电脑上搭了个redhat系统而已，没必要为此大费周章。通过度娘发现了很多解决办法，但很多办法在我电脑上行不通，才知道广大网友的环境是不一样的，所以他们的办法不一定符合自己的电脑。
下面是笔者结合网上的相关资料，针对与我相同环境的系统的解决办法。
系统：RedHat Enterprise Linux 6.4-x86_64

第一步下载相关安装包
可以通过下载，这是笔者已经下载好的
第二步卸载Redhat自带的yum
-qa | grep yum | xargs rpm -e --nodeps
第三步安装下载的安装包
-ivh python-iniparse-0.3.1-2.1.el6.noarch.rpm
-ivh yum-metadata-parser-1.1.2-16.el6.x86_64.rpm
-ivh yum-3.2.29-40.el6.centos.noarch.rpm
yum-plugin-fastestmirror-1.1.30-14.el6.noarch.rpm
第四步到的
centos帮助文档&
中下载CentOS6-Base-163.repo文件，存放到/etc/yum.repos.d中
/.help/CentOS6-Base-163.repo
第五步将Centos6-Base-163.repo中的$releasever改为Centos的版本号即可
为了防止错误，也可使用我已修改好的文件
文件修改成如下即可：
CentOS-Base.repo

第六步 yum clean
all 清除原有缓存
第七步 yum
makecache& 获取yum列表
等待，大约三分钟后出现下面提示，表示yum更改完成：

保存后将CentOS-Base.repo移到/etc/yum.repos.d/ 里面，命令如下：mv ./CentOS-Base.repo& /etc/yum.repos.d/
6.清除yum缓存clean yum all
7.试试能不能用 yum install gcc-c++-4.4.7-3.el62
