日21时35分在甘肃酒泉，中国成功发射首颗人造地球卫星“东方红1号”，当人们听到安装在其上的音乐仪器传来的《东方红》乐曲时，全中国沸腾了。42年后，中国人的航天梦做得越来越雄伟，同时还搭载着全世界其他国家的梦想，一齐飞向宇宙浩瀚。12月19日，我国在酒泉卫星发射中心用长征二号丁运载火箭，成功发射土耳其GK-2卫星。　至今年底，我国已经连续两年在航天发射次数上超过美国，位居世界第二。19次航天发射任务全部圆满成功，成功率达到100%，超过发射次数第一的俄罗斯，使我国成为世界上最有发射质量保障的“信誉客户”。 　　中国首次发射土耳其卫星 　　此次发射土耳其GK-2卫星是中国“长征”系列运载火箭第174次航天发射，它不仅是“长征二号丁”运载火箭首次进入国际发射服务市场，也是中国运载火箭首次发射土耳其卫星，还是“长征”运载火箭在低地球轨道卫星对外商业发射任务领域沉寂十年后的重要突破。这标志着中国航天产品成功进入西亚北非市场，对于进一步拓展国际商业发射服务市场具有重要意义。 　　据介绍，GK-2卫星发射项目由国防科工局负责审批，中国卫星发射测控系统部负责组织发射测控，中国航天科技集团公司所属上海航天技术研究院负责“长征二号丁”运载火箭研制生产，中国长城工业集团有限公司(长城公司)负责发射服务合同及有关商务问题协调。 　　这次土耳其GK－2地球观测卫星发射任务，是根据中国航天科技集团公司所属中国长城工业集团有限公司与土耳其空间技术研究所于2011年5月签署的发射服务合同实施的。GK－2地球观测卫星由土耳其空间技术研究所与土耳其宇航工业公司联合研制，主要用于土耳其的环境保护、国土矿物资源探测普查、城市规划和灾害监测与管理等。 　　2012年发射数量世界第二 　　这次发射是中国2012年最后一次发射任务。在累计19次发射任务中，中国共发射1艘载人航天飞船、6颗北斗导航卫星、3颗外国卫星与18颗其他各型卫星和航天器。所有发射任务均圆满成功，保持了100%的发射成功率。 　　其中，中国进行的“神舟九号”载人飞船进行了与“天宫一号”的载人交会对接。宇航员成功进入“天宫一号”空间实验室，并在“天宫一号”内短期生活、工作。连续发射6颗北斗导航卫星，使在轨运行的北斗导航卫星数量达到16颗，初步建立了覆盖亚太地区的卫星定位网络，为下一步北斗系统覆盖全球做了准备。 　　根据资料统计，截至目前，2012年全球共进行74次航天轨道发射。其中俄罗斯发射28次，失败2次，在发射次数和失败次数上都居于世界首位；中国以19次航天发射的记录紧随其后，并且发射全部成功；美国则进行了13次航天发射，有一次一箭双星发射只取得了“部分成功”，位居世界第三；欧洲航天局发射7次；朝鲜、日本和印度各发射2次并列世界第五；伊朗发射1次；韩国的“罗老号”运载火箭虽然两度准备进行发射，但发射最终没有实施，故不计入在发射总数中。 　　航天发射次数是衡量一个国家航天实力的基本指标。长期以来，都是美苏（俄罗斯）两国在航天发射数量上居于世界前列，中国近年来随着技术的发展和经济实力的增强，航天发射次数一直呈稳定增长态势，并在2011年后超越美国，成为世界第二大航天发射国。2012年，中国连续第二年超过美国位居世界航天发射次数榜第二，上半年更是以10次成功航天发射位居世界第一。同时，19次发射全部成功，100%的成功率高于发射数量世界第一的俄罗斯。 　　根据计划，2013年中国将实施“天宫一号”与“神舟十号”载人交会对接任务和探月工程二期“嫦娥三号”飞行试验任务，同时还将发射近20颗卫星。预计中国2013年的航天发射数量仍将维持在较高的水平。2012年中国航天发射记录
