刷新BIOS的执行文件可到软件下载网站进行下载，一般主板厂商主页上也提供下载，要注意一定要下载与主板对应BIOS厂商的刷新程序。一般以Award和AMI公司的BIOS居多。
　　在刷新BIOS之前，请在CMOS设置中，将“System Bios Cacheable”和“Video Bios Cacheable”项禁止掉，保存并退出CMOS设置。重新启动计算机，在出现“Windows starting…”时，按“Ctrl+F5”组合键，以避免加载 n，从而省出108KB内存。运行擦写程序，输入以下命令：awardflash *.bin（适用Award公司的BIOS）。系统会提示“Do You Want To Save BIOS （Y/N）”，意思是询问是否保存旧版本的BIOS。这时应该将它保存下来，以便将来发现更新后的BIOS存在问题时，可以恢复成原来的BIOS版本。如果要存盘就输入“Y”将会提示想存储的BIOS程序文件名，输入文件名并回车就会存储文件到硬盘上。
　　接下来系统会提示“Are you sure to program （Y/N）”，意思是询问是否进行刷新BIOS，输入“Y”就会进行刷新。完成后，按F1键重新启动计算机。
　　小提示：一些厂商（如：华硕）只允许使用他们自己的BIOS擦写程序来对主板的BIOS升级。而且刷新过程，绝对不能断电或停机，否则将会刷新失败。

Recently I bought an "ASUS M5A97 EVO R2.0" motherboard to go along with my other components which are as follows,EVGA GTX 670 FTWSeagate Barracuda 2tb HDDAMD FX-8320Corsair VS650 650w PSUStrontium 1x8GB RAMNow, when I boot up my PC, the CPU light flashes a few times, and then stops as is should. But the RAM light flashes for a bit, the screen displays a message that reads,
"WARNING! BIOS Recovery mode has been detected.Please put the file "M5A97E20.CAP" into HDD or a removable USB media deviceAnd then reset your computer.You can also insert your ASUS Support CD to your CD-ROM and reset your computer.If you have done these. Please wait a moment and don't shutdown system!!!"and then promptly goes black. After that has happened, the RAM lights then starts flashing at a faster pace, and it displays the same message, before turning black again. This happens around 4 times, before the RAM checking finishes, and the RAM lights go out, leaving me with a black screen, with the same bold white text on it. I've attempted to do what it says, with a USB drive in the FLASH port, but upon restart, the screen goes black and none of the motherboards lights turn on.I have tried resetting the CMOS by taking out the battery and waiting as long as 15 minutes, and even tried using the jumpers.When I turn on the computer after it being off though, the motherboard does the RAM check again, and I've got a hunch that it probably shouldn't, and that the memory from the previous check was lost. My assumption is that the BIOS battery is dead, but I am relatively new to this subject, and it's simply a hunch.Either way, I've spent the last few hours trying to fix it to no avail.The BIOS version on the sticker says it's 2501, which is the latest one, and seeing as compatibility for my CPU was added in 1006, I'm confident all my parts are compatible.

I have reinstalled all the components, even taking out the standoffs ard redoing them. This time when I flipped the switch, the motherboards power light came on, but nothing else. I put in the FLASH USB, and held down the FLASH button for a few seconds. The motherboard is apparently updating. I'll report back when it's done.
I have managed to fix the problem. I'm not sure what I did, but if anyone else has a similar problem, uninstall all your components, redo the standoffs, and then reinstall them. My problem now, is that when I started windows normally, it blue screens.
I'm performing startup repair, so it should fix itself.

The computer is completely fixed. I am going to assume the entire problem was caused by the standoffs. The BSOD was caused by the motherboard being set to RAID instead of IDE.

你那键盘是针脚的么？重新插拔一次试试
先找好的鼠标键盘试一下，确定是不是鼠标键盘的问题。如果鼠标键盘没有问题，重装系统试试，如果重装系统也不行，就可能是主板的问题了。
