之前我也是这种问题 搞了半天都不能成功，最后做系统做出win8.1的系统，然后轻松的解决了，我猜会现这种问题，应该是做系统的时候用的是goest方法做的，这种的做法不是太完善，缺失重要的组件

拒绝访问通常都是因为设置了错误的安全防护权限或文件注册表访问权限导致系统文件无法正常升级。请尝试通过 MSCONFIG.EXE 选择最小运行方式启动，排除所有第三方程序的影响，看看能否安装成功。

MSU will update your computer, it maybe connect to Internet.
So if your computer was disconnect of Internet?
I wonder the answer too, if i need download a single-mode redist 2015, and where is it?

建议找msu文件时用搜索功能，里面东西很多;&nbsp.1-KB.exe&/Online&nbsp.msu /extract:XXXX 和&DISM.x64.exe:XXXX\Windows8;/Add-Package /PackagePath。ProgramData可能是一个隐藏文件夹;& 3. &重新执行vc_redist.cab&nbsp，你在地址栏直接输入地址就能进入;wusa.exe Windows8.1-KB，临时生成而且每次位置不一样用管理员模式启动cmd并进入步骤1中选择的位置，依次执行&&nbsp到C:\ProgramData\Package Cache\里面找到Windows8.1-KB.msu，并把这个文件拷到任意位置

.由于你的用户名是中文，所以就不能安装..是这样一个问题，你的xp用户名是中文的吧;Documents and Settings&#92;你的用户名&#92;，然后按ctrl+alt+delete，然后再用户名那里输入administrator 不用输入密码..。最好的办法就是注销，进入这里安装。要是不行就自己建一个英文的用户，保证可以，它默认安装的目录是C:&#92
