是账户的默认设置配置文件。当你装完系统首次登录或是新建一个用户登录时，系统会读取该文件夹中的文件，把它们复制到新建的用户文件夹内。
登录百度帐号推荐应用A default program is the program that Windows launches when you open a certain type of file. For example, opening an HTML file automatically launches Internet E likewise, double-clicking an image file starts the Windows Photo Gallery by default.
Suppose, however, that you have installed a new program that you want to use for certain types of files. For example, maybe you downloaded special software for listening to music. If you like, you can configure Windows Vista to launch that new program by default any time you open a music file. You do this within Windows Vista’s Default Programs window. The Default Programs window also enables you to specify which programs should be used to launch programs on certain types of media such as CDs and DVDs.

o The Default Programs window opens.
o Click Set Your Default Programs to choose the program Windows runs by default when you launch a certain type of file, such as a music file.
o Click Associate a File Type or Protocol with a Program to fine-tune your default program settings — for example, if you want JPG image files to open with Windows Photo Gallery but BMP files to open with another type of image program.
o Click Change AutoPlay Settings if you want a certain program to launch when you insert certain media, such as CDs containing music files.
o Click Set Program Access and Computer Defaults to configure default programs for certain activities, such as sending an e-mail or browsing the Internet, for everyone who uses your computer.

Setting a default program for a certain file type does not preclude you from using another program to open that type of file. To do so, right-click the file you want to open and choose Open With. In the dialog box that appears, select the program you want to use and click OK. (If you decide you want the selected program to become the new default, select the Always Use the Selected Program to Open This Kind of File checkbox in the Open With dialog box.)

The selections you make after clicking Set Your Program Defaults apply to your user account only. To apply the changes to all user accounts, choose Set Default Programs for This Computer.
