主板华擎AM2V890-VSTA。处理器AMD 闪龙3000+，显卡铭鑫9800Gt（512mb），内存3G（DDR2 667MHz),电源长城四核王BTX-500S(A)想换个处理器，以上2款cpu都能用吗，哪款比较适合。要刷biso吗，谢谢了。

不换主板的话，+换主板的话，比如770或者785主板，选择AD5000的话，AD+。请注意，AD5000不是AMD5000+，虽然两者的性能是一样的。AD5000是45NM产品，5000+貌似是55NM？但是，AD5000配上770以上的主板时，有一个逆天的技能，那就是开核！把双核CPU开核成4核CPU，OC3G时性能媲美千元级4核CPU。价格的话，5600+貌似是400左右，左右，AD+一个价钱。如果要买AD5000的话，一定要和老板说要包开核包L3包稳定的U。
