一个月以前亚马逊的关税计算很混乱,比如说手表不收税,化妆品税率奇低,所以才有了以下跟客服的谈话.现在回头一看,那些问题应该是亚马逊还没彻底弄好计算公式造成的问题.现在手表20%税率,化妆品50%税率,一切正常了.
简要说一下,我前几天发现亚马逊某些产品不用预缴关税了,于是走了两双便宜的运动鞋试水一下.这两天大家发现手表居然也不用预缴关税,于是众说纷纭,有人说关税自理有人说不用交税,于是我咨询了下客服.
太长不想看的话,结论就是,客服说显示预缴关税的就有税,不显示预缴关税的就不会收你税.当然客服也许也不是万能的,想买手表的勇士万一牺牲了请别怪我.

目前只有手表不正常，其他东西预收关税基本正常。能直邮好啊，尤其是鞋子。交点税比转运划算，而且速度还快！

这些都没有问题，但是这都没有说明到中 国以后的关 税问题。你缴了订单显示的所有钱，但是不幸到中 国被抽中了，你就会被通知到。你俩说的就都发生了。

我觉得吧,亚马逊也不懂...原来往中国直邮东西的话,你邮卷手纸都会有预缴关税.但最近一段时间突然变了,多数商品的预缴关税就是规规矩矩的按中国海关的税率乘价格,低于50元人民币税的东西直接就不要求预缴关税了,很难想象亚马逊会在不跟中国海关沟通的情况下把收费公式改得这么符合中国国情.再结合之前客服说预缴关税是发往国决定的,我猜大概就是中国海关给了个公式,亚马逊这边修改几个参数就了事了,他们自己也不明白为啥有些需要预缴关税有些不需要.
还是等勇敢的小白鼠吧.

我觉得不用纠结amazon 的税 收政策，这是我们不能改变的。现在只要搞清楚amazon对于关 税提供 import fee deposit 服务，有这个服务的，就含 关 税，多退少不补，没有这个服务的，到达中 国依旧就可能被征收关 税。税 率的征收参考海&&关规定。现在唯一不确定的就是海 关对待amazon的这些货物财务何种态度，有可能对amazon有特殊，比较宽松，有可能和其他进口货物一样，公事公办。

亚马逊简直是我见过的最良心的电商！！！！
亚马逊平安100-40刚才发短信来说额度不足扣款失败
登录亚马逊网站重新支付的时候发现优惠券没有了成原价了，我又手贱点了重新支付结果银行卡按原价扣款了
真的是心灰意冷
抱着试试的心态联系亚马逊客服
客服态度非常好
简单询问了信息后就把预授权取消了并且帮我修改了订单价格，告诉我稍后会按优惠后的价格再次扣款
挂掉电话后退款就立刻到账了，额度也恢复了
简直太良心了
这要是银联京东支付宝的话想都不弄想直接把你打回老家

这个不算撒，美亚客服才厉害，上次买中亚的海外购固态硬盘，是从美亚发过来的，结果1个月没到，联系美亚客服连说SORRY然后给我原价退了钱，结果没过2天，东西就收到了，而且后来还给我补发了一块，0元撸了2块固态硬盘。美亚买衣服一般大小不合适最后沟通直接都退钱，都不用退货。
前些年1块钱的包，以后再也没去送过1分钱！
亚麻的客服有权限吧。
上次我买书，当时是一个活动，全场多少折，结果其中一本是没有设置折扣的，我下了单去找客服，客服打电话来问了说你先收货可以退差价的，后来就把差价退到账户了。
