我以我的个人魅力诚挚的邀请她写了这个回答。我是希望以身相许来报答她的，但是她只要我请她吃麻辣烫，我觉得她的人生太没有追求了。&br&糖尿病患者或家属有必要耐心看看这位美女博士的科普文哦&br&还是要认真看看正文。因为现在糖尿病患者太多了，而且糖尿病的关键在监测和控制血糖，控制不好，并发症非常吓人。我原来发过一篇关于糖尿病并发症的回答，由于图片太过吓人，视觉冲击太大，我删了。所以我希望大家好好看看。&br&三个部分&br&正文师妹介绍糖尿病分型和患者注意事项&br&第二部分我介绍一下慢性病管理的方法（可能要晚上才能更新，很忙）&br&第三部分师妹回答评论区和私信的一些提问（晚上更新）&br&开始正文:&br&&p&首先我们先聊聊知道胰岛素究竟是个什么鬼。&/p&&p&回答这个问题之前，我们先聊聊知道胰岛素究竟是个什么鬼。&/p&&p&胰岛素是由胰脏内的胰岛β细胞受内源性或外源性物质如葡萄糖、乳糖、核糖、精氨酸、胰高血糖素等的刺激而分泌的一种蛋白质激素。胰岛素是机体内唯一降低血糖的激素，同时促进糖原、脂肪、蛋白质合成。一阵懵逼，简单来说，胰岛素是一把钥匙，这把钥匙能够打开一条&b&通道&/b&，将你&b&吃进去的能量传送到身体&/b&&b&各个细胞和器官&/b&，你才能变得有能量，感觉分分钟用一根杠杆撬动地球。&br&&/p&&figure&&img data-rawheight=&472& data-rawwidth=&691& src=&https://pic3.zhimg.com/50/2be0ebf8bf73f63ac809_b.jpg& class=&origin_image zh-lightbox-thumb& width=&691& data-original=&https://pic3.zhimg.com/50/2be0ebf8bf73f63ac809_r.jpg&&&/figure&&br&&p&其次，我们要了解的是糖尿病并非只有一种——糖尿病基本可以分为四种，分别为1型糖尿病、2型糖尿病、妊娠糖尿病（怀孕期间诊断的糖尿病）及其他特殊类型的糖尿病（胰腺外分泌病变及药物或化学诱导的糖尿病）。而患病最多的，还是1型糖尿病和2型糖尿病。&/p&&p&这两者的区别，让我娓娓道来。&/p&&figure&&img data-rawheight=&320& data-rawwidth=&360& src=&https://pic4.zhimg.com/50/3b8cf33e36b4bf7fb43b82b8bd0fbb0c_b.jpg& class=&content_image& width=&360&&&/figure&&br&&p&1型糖尿病原名&b&胰岛素依赖型糖尿病&/b&&b&，&/b&体内胰岛素绝对不足。&/p&&p&如果用上文说的钥匙理论来说，就是&b&钥匙&/b&&b&丢了&/b&，这条通道打不开了，血糖在体内堆积无法运送到各个细胞，最后只能随尿液排出（糖尿一词由此产生），于是多尿症状产生，由于胰岛素不产生作用了，你吃下去的东西也没有能够传达给细胞，等于没吃，但是你自己却感觉身体被掏空，于是产生多饮多食的状况。其实是吃进去的食物并没有被细胞吸收。&/p&&br&&figure&&img data-rawheight=&254& data-rawwidth=&300& src=&https://pic3.zhimg.com/50/f478afce585693_b.jpg& class=&content_image& width=&300&&&/figure&&p&吃了也白吃，这可咋整！&/p&&p&那么2型糖尿病又是啥？&/p&&p&2型糖尿病患者体内&b&产生胰岛素的能力并非完全丧失&/b&，有的患者体内胰岛素甚至产生过多，但胰岛素的作用效果较差（体内产生了胰岛素抗体，胰岛素无法正常工作），因此患者体内的胰岛素是一种相对缺乏，可以通过某些口服药物刺激体内胰岛素的分泌。&/p&&p&也就是说&b&钥匙&/b&&b&坏了&/b&，虽然胰岛素存在但是它“偷懒”并&b&不工作&/b&，等于形同虚设，摄入的糖分依然不能吸收，进而导致高血糖。&/p&&p&&b&那么两者&/b&&b&存在哪些区别呢？&/b&&/p&&p&&b&1&/b&&b&：患者&/b&&b&年龄层&/b&&b&的&/b&&b&区别&/b&&/p&&p&大多数1型糖尿病患者在青少年或儿童阶段就发病了，仅极少数例外；&/p&&p&2型糖尿病大多数发病年龄在40岁以后。&/p&&p&&b&2：临床&/b&&b&症状的区别：&/b&&/p&&p&1型糖尿病发病时多数有明显的临床症状如多饮、多尿、多食、体重减轻等，即“&b&三多一少&/b&”，而2型糖尿病常无典型的“三多一少”症状。&/p&&p&为数不少的2型糖尿病人由于&b&临床症状不明显&/b&，常常难以确定何时起病，有的只是在检查血糖后才知道自己患了糖尿病。&/p&&p&&b&3&/b&&b&：&/b&&b&治疗方式的区别&/b&&/p&&p&1型糖尿病必须&b&注射胰岛素&/b&治疗，维持身体的正常代谢。&/p&&p&2型糖尿病初期主要靠&b&口服药降糖药&/b&控制血糖，不过当口服降药物疗效不明显或者产生并发症时，则需要注射胰岛素治疗。&/p&&p&1型糖尿病和2型糖尿病在接受药物治疗同时，需结合糖尿病知识教育+饮食治疗+运动治疗+自我监测，简称“五驾马车”。&/p&&p&&b&4&/b&&b&：体重&/b&&b&的区别&/b&&/p&&p&1型糖尿病人在起病前体重多属正常或偏低。&/p&&p&2型糖尿病人群明显超重或肥胖（2型糖尿病&b&风险更高&/b&）。&/p&&p&&b&5&/b&&b&：&/b&&b&并发症的区别&/b&&/p&&p&1型与2型糖尿病均可发生各种急慢性并发症，但在并发症的类型上有些差别。&/p&&p&就&b&急性并发症&/b&而言：&/p&&p&1型糖尿病易导致酮症酸中毒，患者极度口渴、多饮、多尿和瘦弱、出现脱水症、酸中毒、头痛神志不清，严重者危及生命。&/p&&p&2型糖尿病较少发生酮症酸中毒，但年龄较大者易发生非酮症高渗性昏迷。&/p&&p&就&b&慢性并发症&/b&而言：&/p&&p&1型糖尿病容易并发眼底视网膜病变、肾脏病变和神经病变。&/p&&p&2型糖尿病除可发生与1型糖尿病相同的眼底视网膜病变、肾脏病变和神经病变外，心、脑、肾血管动脉硬化性病变的发生率较高，合并高血压也十分常见。&/p&&p&因此2型糖尿病人发生&b&冠心病及脑血管意外&/b&的机会远远超过1型糖尿病人，这是一个十分明显的不同点。&/p&&br&&p&我们了解了糖尿病，现在我们来介绍一下注意事项。&br&&/p&&p&
