医院接诊了一位87岁的女人斯坦利，斯坦利在艺术化妆舞会上晕倒，朴注意到她的手腕，斯坦利已经签署不抢就协议，但随后斯坦利在停止呼吸后又醒来。莉亚的腹痛停止，胎儿一切正常，肖恩列了一个清单让医生帮忙检查，检查结果显示胎儿的血管壁过薄，有流产风险，肖恩申请加入莉亚的手术，被院长和立姆拒绝。
