日前，百度网盘、百度贴吧等产品相继宣布实行实名制认证。百度称，根据即将于6月1日正式施行的《中华人民共和国网络安全法》的相关规定，如果用户届时未完成实名认证操作，在后续使用百度部分产品中发布信息、评论等相关功能时将可能受到限制。为确保用户继续获得优质的服务体验，百度建议大家尽快完成实名制操作。不过，实名制不会影响百度的搜索服务。网盘、评论、发帖都要实名制近期，部分用户在使用多个百度产品时，看到了建议进行账号实名认证操作的提示。用户在登录百度网盘、百度贴吧时，会收到要求进行手机号验证的提示，输入手机号并获取验证码后，才可以继续使用网盘、发帖、评论等功能。百度称，这是根据即将于6月1日正式施行的《中华人民共和国网络安全法》第二十四条的规定要求实施的：“网络运营者为用户提供信息发布、即时通讯等服务，在与用户签订协议或者确认提供服务时，应当要求用户提供真实身份信息。用户不提供真实身份信息的，网络运营者不得为其提供相关服务。”根据这一要求，包括百度在内的网络服务提供方，都必须在此日期之前，配合完成用户享受相关服务前的实名认证过程。百度表示，事实上，很大部分的百度用户已经完成了实名认证的操作，并享受到了更优质、更有保障的网络服务。针对少数尚未满足实名认证要求的用户，百度会在大家登录百度相关平台进行相关服务使用操作时，清晰地引导用户通过手机验证等便捷的方式快速完成实名制认证。邮箱无法注册百度账号实名制认证其实并不复杂，只是为百度账号绑定一个手机号码即可。百度方面称，一个手机号根据情况的不同，可以验证多个账号。此前，注册百度账号时可以使用手机号或者邮箱，不过经验证发现，目前百度已经不允许使用邮箱注册账号，必须使用手机号，而且必须是大陆运营商的手机号。百度称，如果用户在6月1日前未完成实名认证操作，在后续使用百度部分产品中发布信息、评论等相关功能时将可能受到限制。而百度网盘6月1日起，未进行手机号验证的账号会被强制退出，验证后方可重新登录。搜索不会受到影响“是不是不绑定手机就不能‘百度一下，你就知道’了？”这是很多用户的疑问。百度昨天回应称，大家使用最多的百度搜索服务，并不强制要求在登录百度账号的情况下使用，因此这项要求不会对网民使用百度搜索带来直接影响。北青报记者注意到，根据上述法规，搜索功能并不在“信息发布、即时通讯”之列。不过百度表示，为了大家在多个百度产品平台间转换时能更便利地获得服务，建议用户在实名认证后也在登录状态下使用百度搜索，以获得更个性化、更安全、更高效的网络服务。
