展开全部不费电。空调外机中只有一个风扇在运转，相当于一个电风扇的耗电量，但是，如果外机不转，空调既不会制冷也不会制热，因为空调的外置压缩机在运行时会制冷制热，空调不运转是不正常的。 空调外机不转是省电的。因为内机只有一个风扇运行，相当于给一个电风扇的耗电量，空调的外机压缩机在运行的时候会制冷和制热，一台空调外机不运行是不正常的。空调不转的原因是什么1、接触器可能损坏。一旦损坏，室内机和室外机无法连接，电源无法输送到外机，导致外机运行异常。2、电压过低也是可能的。在这种情况下，室内机和室外机不能正常启动，因为定频空调的电压必须达到至少180伏，而变频空调的电压必须达到220伏才能启动。如果过低或处于功耗峰值，就会出现这种现象。3、空调的电路板也有可能出现问题，电路板是核心部件。一旦电脑板出现故障，首先会影响空调的外部单元无法运行。4、只要找到问题所在，之后再一一解决就可以了，如果是因为接触器出现了损坏，可以选择同一型号的接触器，由专业的工作人员换上就可以了。
