先来说第一个问题首先，不仅仅是百度，BAT都已经相继在西安落户创新中心腾讯是最早的，落户碑林区环大学产业带 西安创新设计中心，也是现在名气最大的，百度和阿里的创新中心，5月底，6月初就将落户长安区长安文化中心，三家全是第三方运营，其中的关系为：各个区政府为了响应双创号召，出政策，场地等便利条件；BAT出创新中心的品牌授权以及自身的上下游渠道（比如阿里的淘宝 天猫电商渠道 ）；第三方公司负责创新中心的日常运营，项目招商，创业大赛，创业活动等等也就是说创新中心不属于BAT的直属部门，只是在每个城市布局的众创空间而已其次 第二个问题
为什么要在西安布局？
首先，西安作为西部城市，总体实力确实较弱，创业起点较低，创业者和创业项目储量较少，但是不能基于此就判定西安的创业环境差，西安有丰厚的高校资源和众多的军工研究所，这也是很明显的优势，只是政府还没有盘活这些存量资源而已，已经涌现了诸如暴漫，学音悦，粗布姐等一批优秀的创业项目和创业者，我个人统计的西安的众创空间包括政府认定的 未认定的 已经超过200家，可以预见，短期内双创仍然不断趋热，相对地落后其实对创业者是种保护，一线城市的创业基础强，但是竞争程度和准入门槛不是圈外人懂的，这么说吧，你要是没有名校背景，没有海归经验，没有500强供职经历，没有连续创业经验，团队里没有厉害的技术和运营，那对不起，您可能连入局的机会都没有。
另外，如果你有研究政府对大西安的九宫格规划，你应该很了解，在接下来的相当长一段时间内，西安会步入发展的快车道，虽然比不上成都，武汉，也比不上郑州，但是西安有西安的未来和荣光，我个人还是比较看好的。
最后，我想说，一线向二三线渗透，跑马圈地，争相布局对巨型企业来说是非常重要的，如果西部城市里西安这样的重要点，都不布局，那BAT才是脑子瓦特了。
