The synthesis of toluene diisocyanate (TDI) starting from urea is a green route. In the
toluene-2,4-dicarbamate
synthesized from 2,4-toluene diamine (TDA), urea and methanol (MeOH) via
the reaction
pathway based on methyl 3-amino -4-methyl-N-phenylcarbamate (TMC) intermediate.

to TDC, are endothermic because their Δ H are all positive. High temperature is beneficial
to the two reactions. (2) Δ G° of the two reactions is all negative, suggesting that they are
feasible in thermodynamics.
Secondly, the synthesis of TDC by the above two reaction steps was investigated. For
the formation of TMC from the reaction of TDA, urea and MeOH, ZnCl2

儿茶酚胺几乎全部在体内代谢,产物为VMA。其代谢途径有二:少部分的CA经单胺氧化化酶作用,生成对-二羟杏仁酸,大部分CA经CA-O-甲基转移酶作用后变为3-甲氧肾上腺肾上腺素或去甲氧肾上腺肾上腺素,最后变为VMA。
