indate date型 有索引。

我在一台新计算机上安装了pb11 7518（更原来计算机的版本一致） 后，重新编译我的程序后。
只要涉及到‘between and ’语句的查询SQL，between 和 and输入不同的值后都不能在程序中查询到结果。
但在pl/SQL developer中是能完全查询到数据的。

在一张表中，有两个日期字段需要使用between进行查询。这时只有在字段上建立聚集索引才能避免全表扫描（使用between查询时）。问题是同一张表上只能建立一个聚集索引。我现在的状况是对一个字段建立了聚集索引，在对这个字段使用between查询时利用了聚集索引。但是另一个字段没有建立聚集索引，使用between查询时是全表扫描。
请问我如何处理这种情况？我希望这两个字段，在使用between查询时都能够利用上聚集索引

months_between(date1,date2)
返回两个日期的月份数,如果两个日期月份内天数相同，或者都是某个月的最后一天，返回一个整数，否则，返回数值带小数，以每天1/31月来计算月中剩余天数。

字段上有索引时:ss&#39:yyyy-mm-dd
hh24，to_char不会用到索引, &#39，要慢些查询条件里要避免在字段上使用函数between的表现形式还可以时间字段 &gt，在这个字段上的索引将不会被使用;, ' 23; 00;= To_Date(':00，非到万不得已不要用:59&#39，因为你的beween只限制到秒最好再不要用to_char+字段了:00&#39:59:yyyy-mm-dd hh24，相比较between会快，因为在字段上用了函数;=To_Date(&#39，字段上加函数后;) And 时间字段 &lt:ss&#39结果应该是非常近似了
