WPS可以这样操作，Word没有试过：1.首先将页面设置为16开，用鼠标单击“视图→网格→显示网格”将网格显示在页面上，然后再用鼠标左键单击“视图→网格→网格尺寸”弹出如图1所示对话框。为了实际需要，我们可以调整网格的尺寸，根据经验，网格的宽、高最好设成一致，且网格的尺寸最好为整数，这里我们将网格的宽和高都设置成3毫米。2.在显示网格的页面上先画一条直线，为了保证线的平直，从起始点画线时先将计算机键盘上的Shift键按下，画线结束时松开Shift键。要精确调整所画直线的长度和宽度，可以用鼠标选中该直线，从右击得到的快捷菜单中选择“对象属性”选项，弹出如图2所示对话框，在对话框内设置线的长度和宽度值。3.画完一条直线后，采用复制的方法完成另外三条线，这四条线的间隔正好是网格的高度即3毫米。根据经验，这四条线中，中间两条线宽为0.2毫米，外边缘两条线宽为0.3毫米，设置完毕，再将Shift键按下，用鼠标分别选中这四条线，从右击得到的快捷菜单中选择“组合”选项，将四条直线组合在一起，即完成了标准的四线格书写页中的一组。然后再利用复制和粘贴的方法完成其他组，通过移动鼠标让每组四线格之间留一定距离9毫米（3个网格高度），最后绘制的结果如图3所示（页面显示的网格在打印时自然消失），然后通过打印机打印出来。

我用Word处理如下：1、插入表格：1列，n行。2、选定表格，右键，进入表格属性，指定行高，固定值0.3cm，按下一行每隔3行增加行高至0.6。这样子你就可以打印出合适的英语四线格纸了。

The radical and magnificent dance theatre performance Nothing to Lose deconstructs the oppressive body ideals that govern so many of our desires, cherishing the impact of real, human forms. Directed by Force Majeure's Kate Champion, the work is a collaboration with artist and fat activist Kelli Jean Drinkwater.
