DDR3-1600 memory has a module classification of PC3-12800, which effectively means the peak data rate of the module is 12.8GB/sec (see table). That&s about a 17% improvement on memory bandwidth over DDR3-1333.
Keep In Mind
In servers, the processor model number affects how fast the memory can operate. Higher model numbers support 1600MT/s, but may be limited by the number of DIMMs per Channel that are installed.
Some entry-level mobile and desktop processors, such as the Intel Core i3, may not support 1600MT/s memory.

每个大版本有自己的新特性,如JDK7 和 JDK8 的特性是不一样的u是update 的首字母 所以YY代表的是小版本号,一般都是对当前大版本的一些细节更新,如bug修复Jdk
XuYY这是jdk 发布的版本格式其中 X 代表大版本号

总的来说,,小版本用那个都一样,,不过最好用比较新的大本版用那个就看你需求了
