The Challenge
Blu Logistics is a Colombian logistics company that takes transportation, legalization, and delivery of merchandise to the next level with high-touch service. It has offices in 26 cities and operates in 7 countries: Colombia, Ecuador, China, Mexico, Panama and the United States.They needed to expand their visibility through a reworked visual and brand identity, as well as presenting detailed business information in a new and integrated digital space.
The company is continuously expanding, making it necessary to have an effective web asset built on flexible and scalable technology.Oh yeah, and it had to function in Spanish, English and Portuguese.
Blu Logistics offers their clients integrated logistics solutions.
We felt we needed to reflect this online with integrated digital solutions that mirrored their exceptional customer experience on land, sea, and sky.So we connected the dots and got to work getting to the essence of what Blue Logistics would become online.
We couldn't be prouder of the results.
Creative Digital Connections
Our creative side said: “Let’s make land, sea and sky the source of our inspiration”.
Our tech side replied: “Let’s develop a super functional website that harmoniously integrates all of Blu Logistics’s business units and raises the bar on efficiency and convenience”.
Our custom Expression CMS platform allowed us to efficiently develop a website that delivered on the brand's key promise: Connecting the dots.
Expression enabled us to effectively "connect the dots" behind the scenes - from the servers and infrastructure, all the way to a polished and elegant finished product, including:Freight Forwarding: Air, Ocean, Multimodal Transportation, Tracking and Special Projects.Customs: Brokerage and Customs SupportGround Transportation:Full and Part Loads, Dedicated Vehicles, Tracking and Special Projects.Warehousing:Warehousing, Bonded Warehousing Services and Tracking.
Digital Logistics
Customer Service is key, so we obviously had to make it of paramount importance on the new web site.We added a full Customer Service section right in the main menu.
Since Blu Logistocs does business across seven countries, we built a complete Customer Service page for each one of them, allowing potential customers to request information via email or phone, as well as the back-end systems to track and manage the relationships.Since launch the site is currently receiving between 40 to 50 client leads PER DAY, and the Blue Logistics couldn't be happier with the results.
