Planning and Utilization of the Shangshe Lake Wetland Nature Reserve in Wuhan

Based on status of species diversity resources in the Shangshe Lake Wetland Nature Reserve of Wuhan, authors planned the Nature Reserve according to planning principles and guiding ideology.It was divided into core area, buffer area and experimental area.The main task of each functional area was defined clearly.In addition, authors proposed principles and measures on how to develop and utilize this area.

The analysis of the sea ice status on the Bohai Sea and Northern Yellow Sea in the winter of

This article analysed the climate condition by using the data of cold air and temperature on the Bohai Sea and Northern Yellow Sea in the winter of .It is found that the air temperature on the Bohai Sea and Northern Yellow Sea is severely lower than annum mean.It is proved this year is a severe-ice-year by analysising the sea ice development and sea ice condition in severe-period on each sea area.

The erythromycin components of recombinant strain Saccharopolyspora erythraea ZL1004 fermentation were investigated in 50L fermenter.In comparison with the wild type strain,the ErA was improved from 75.43% to 87.85%,the ratio of ErB was decreased significantly from 4.42% to 0.45%,the ratio of ErC was decreased greatly from 75.43% to 87.85%,but the ErE and ErF,which are the other two impurities of erythromycin,were increased by 47.0% and 48.6% respectively.These results indicated that some amount of ErA was further slowly transformed to ErE and ErF during the process of ErA biosynthesis.The metabolic flux of erythromycin biosynthesis was enhanced obviously by adding 0.04g/L CoCl2·6H2O.In comparison with the control.The maximal ErA production was increased from 7766 U/mL to 9177 U/mL at 186h,while the ratio of ErE and ErF were decreased by 23.8% and 15.6% respectively.The results showed that Co2+ can increase the production of ErA effectively and suppress ErA further convert to ErE and ErF.
