由中国残疾人联合会、北京大学和残疾人事业发展研究会共同主办的“第九届中国残疾人事业发展论坛”16日在北京举行。中国残疾人联合会主席张海迪出席开幕式并致辞。　　论坛以残疾人与全面建成小康社会为主题，重点围绕残疾人实现小康面临的困难与实现路径等议题展开讨论和交流。论坛旨在建立残疾人事业理论与实践研究交流平台，宣传中国残疾人事业理论与实践研究领域的成就，探讨残疾人小康实现策略和行动，为制定国家残疾人小康进程规划提供理论和实证支持。　　张海迪在致辞中说，中国残疾人事业与千百万残疾人、与千百万残疾人家庭紧密相关。专家学者对残疾人事业的关注，就是对广大残疾人的最大关爱。　　北京大学校长林建华在致辞中说，北京大学是第一批招收残疾学生的高校之一，也是最早成立助残志愿者的高校。　　人力资源和社会保障部、国家公务员局局长信长星说，残疾人是一个特殊的群体，需要全社会的关注，关爱残疾人也是社会进步的表现。　　北京大学人口研究所常务副所长陈功、安徽省残联党组书记理事长张纯和、中国残联研究室副主任郭春宁分别就残疾人小康面临的困难、残疾儿童康复教育和加快残疾人小康进程的政策路径分别做了大会主题报告。　　此外，出席此次论坛的北京大学、中国人民大学、山东大学、吉林大学、南京大学、武汉理工大学、四川大学、复旦大学、长春大学和南京特殊师范教育学院的副校长就残疾人小康面临的困难与实现途径展开了高峰对话。　　据悉，17日上午，论坛还将围绕残疾人小康进程中将会遇到的诸多问题设置了四个分论坛，分别针对残疾人的基本需求与发展、社会组织与残疾人服务、残疾人扶贫与就业增收问题与对策进行广泛而深入的讨论。　　本次论坛继续设立大学生志愿助分论坛，参会的青年学子纷纷表示要以身边的残疾大学生代表为榜样，积极进取，乐观向上，投身于残疾人事业理论研究领域，继续倡导和践行人道主义。(完)
