日半夜,突然收到亚马逊的通知,说我的亚马逊账户已被移除销售权!我想一定是亚马逊搞错了,然后立马登录到后台,看看是什么情况。我去!还真的是被封了!
下面是我的账户销售权被移除的原因:
ASINs问题:B00FARK5BM, B0070SZM62,B0038ALXZ0和B001GF5F9E都是狗狗美甲工具,不能在亚马逊上销售。其他产品,要么是退货率高,要么产品被评“不符合描述”或客户反馈表示该产品不符合描述。第四个产品(B001GF5F9E)退货率相当高(其余3个产品仅有一个退货),就因为这个我已经亏了不少。而当我意识到这个问题的时候,我已经卖出很多个了。因为退货问题,亚马逊之前已经移除过我账户的销售权。
在我分享账户申诉过程之前,我想先给大家展示一下我的账户健康状况:
服装类和鞋类的退货率一直在增加,但对我的账户指标影响不是很大。
下面是客户满意度–卖家评级
总体而言,我的账户指标是稳定的(至少在我看来)。我接手的这个账户已经运营过2年了,除了前面提到的那些,之前还收到过4个删除Listing或审核Listing的通知。如果你希望继续开展这个Listing销售,请阅读亚马逊通知并进行回复,他们都不回复的,貌似也不打算继续出售这个Listing。
如何才能申诉成功?账户销售权被移除之后,我开始努力研究,应该如何制定改善计划,一直思考到凌晨两点多。我还在公司的运营小组里发布了一条信息,内容提到我的账户被移除销售权了,被移除的原因以及希望他们能给我提供一些建议。来回折腾到早上8点左右,我回到仓库,开始构思改善计划。
通过同事的帮助和到乐淘帮论坛上查看相关的帖子,其实申诉内容主要涉及以下几个关键点:
1、了解账户销售权被移除的真正原因;
2、对待问题应采取负责任的态度,并认识到自己的行为对客户造成的伤害;
3、制定一个改善计划,确保不会再次发生同样的错误;
4、如果有机会再次开通销售权,我将继续为亚马逊的客户提供优质的服务。
制定改善计划时要注意:
1、不要找借口推卸责任,或揭穿其他卖家侥幸逃脱责任的经历;
2、还没完全构想好靠谱的改善计划之前,切勿草率提交申诉邮件;
3、改善计划要简洁明了,不宜复杂,具体行动方案要说到点子上。
根据以上关键点和注意事项,我自己列了一个申诉提纲,大概9点左右开始写。花了几个小时写,用了一个小时修改。大约12:30分,我在公司运营小组共享了我的申诉文档。他们对我的改善计划提出了一些建议,并且纠正了一些语法上的错误,使我的改善计划更加完美。申诉内容定稿后,我自己也仔细阅读了几遍,决定好后再提交给亚马逊。
那天晚上,我一直留意我的邮箱,然而并没有收到亚马逊的邮件。直到晚上11点,我又查看一次,幸运的是,我终于收到了亚马逊的通知邮件:

第一次亲身遇到销售权被移除,难免有点紧张,有点慌乱,但后来发现态度很重要,不要焦急,要认真思考,认真对待。

We have reviewed ou listing and feedback and have determined the three areas that need to be addressed:
1.Regarding the detailed products,for example tape hair,Some buyer said the tape is not best.Not as our description said best tape.
2.Some hair is dry in the ends,and frizzly.It cause buyer thought the products is not new condition.
3.Feedback rate is low.
We realize we needed additional support for our Amazon orders.We will have plan to improve our listing&&and feedback quality.

2.Change the tape to best quality ones to guarantee the use time ,meanwhile,improve our hair quality to no shedding without frizz.

不是质量问题,不是feedback问题,你得证明回答亚马逊的问题并提出解决方案。其他的说什么也没用!
