机子买了大概有一年半的时间了。但是我要等2分钟的样子啊。。。受到了撞击。请问到底出了什么问题。郁闷的是金山卫士显示开机40多秒、。、。。。。在保修期内！。之后开机的时候就会很长时间卡在开机的LOGO界面，只有电脑卡一声（貌似从放CD地方传出来的）之后就正常开机了我的笔记本机型14v456R。就要开学了不得不修了。、没有摔以前很正常。笔记本从书桌上飞了下来。。！求助啊！，进度条不动

然后使用效率源软件对硬盘进行扫描修复你好！应该是硬盘有问题，建议你备份重要资料到优盘或者移动硬盘
可能是硬盘收撞击后
产生了物理坏道
你所说的卡一声
可能就是磁头划过磁片的声音吧
开机启动项多了，可以用金山卫士扫描去除不用的启动项
