1688上的很多货就是个坑，检查一下图片，产品外观都可能是侵权的可能。另外你试着联系协商，看她们能不能撤掉投诉。
那个listing还是不要卖了，或者联系卖家，赔礼道歉，罚款赔钱。卖家有可能会撤回投诉。然后把卖家同意撤回投诉同你你卖的东西整理，给亚马逊发邮件。
你是商标侵权了还是外观侵权了
产品是在1688上拿货的，都不知道哪里侵权了。
