一些乳房疼痛的患者，由于一时找不到病因，认为自己患上了“乳腺癌”。其实，乳房疼痛的原因是很多的。1、乳头阵发性疼痛如果乳头疼为发作性的，且常以月经前乳头开始疼痛或经前疼痛加重，经后可缓解或消失，疼痛为胀痛或针刺样，有时可牵及同侧腋下或肩背部，局部有轻到中度触痛者，考虑为增生性病变。2、乳头持续的剧烈疼痛一般来讲珐骸粹缴诔剂达烯惮楼，如果乳头部出现突然的、持续性的、比较剧烈的疼痛，且伴有明显触痛者，则考虑为乳房部的各种急性感染性疾患如局部出现搏动性疼痛，则可能为局部已化脓。3、乳头疼痛如果哺乳期乳头部剧烈疼痛，乳头破碎、裂开，则可能为乳儿吸吮咬伤乳头造成的乳头皲裂。4、乳头无规律疼痛如果乳头疼仅为轻度隐痛或钝痛，发作无明显规律性，仅为偶发或阵发，有些为持续性，因疼痛不明显而常常被忽略，须知这样的乳头疼痛也可能是早期乳房部恶性疾患的信号，应引起足够的重视。甚至有时，乳头部尚无明显疼痛感，而仅表现为一侧腋下或肩背部疼痛，则也有恶性病变的可能，对这些细微变化均不应轻易放过。
